When Kagome was five, she learned three very, very important things. One, boys are mean. It was a fact of life, one that her mother told her would always be true. Two, sometimes your parents can’t be trusted because they are both biased and unimaginative (fairies were too real). And three... Aries was not just a constellation. It was the first zodiac sign. It was the cardinal fire sign. It was... He was the cruelest, iciest, most beautiful boy she had ever had the (mis)fortune of meeting.
And he was all her’s, for as long as she wanted him.
