Oh wow, I was so excited to see a new chapter for this story. Excellently written as usual and such details to describe what cannot be seen by mortal eyes. I love the slow and seamless crossing between Japan and Egypt. Will sesshomaru approach kagome right away or wait? Sesshomaru and Anubis will be quite sad that kagome is infatuated with inuyasha. Will nearly everything be like the original story line or with some differences? I know it's said that no one remembers their past lives but will kagome remember hers?

So sesshoumaru is sesshoumaru but not sesshoumaru we know right? And I am still confused about the merging of the two but we will see alongside the plot! Will sesshoumaru loose himself? Or will Anubis disappear more? So many questions!

I can't wait to see the meeting! Kagome is in for a big surprise!

And the duo is in for surprises as well as seeing what role will inuyasha have in her life! Lol

I am trully amazed by this story so far. You have done a wonderful job of mixing Ancient Egyptian and Japanese mythology with a dash of actual points of historical facts into the Inuyasha fandom. It is brilliant, exciting and a joy to read.  

I loved chapter two. The unfolding of Anubis and Ikoris' relationship, their romantic love-making, Ikoris' death, and the emotional impact it had on Anubis was so heartfelt. Your description of their love-makng even aroused me. LOL  :)

The personification of Sesshomaru's beast as the embodiment of Anubis is a stroke of real imagination. It gives an in-depth meaning behind Sesshomaru's actions, thinking and personality. I also liked your idea of why Sesshomaru's childhood was the way it turned out to be. Also I liked your explanation of his 'real' feelings toward his relationship with his parents and his initial feelings and treatment of Inuyasha.

I love your rendition of why Kagome was chosen and how she came to be in Feudal Japan. I am looking forward to how you explain the 'real' reasons behind Kagome's feelings regarding Inuyasha. I would like to know why the gods decided to create a soul, such as hers, in the first place.

Yay, new chapter! I like how this explains a little the fandom's 'inner beast' of Sesshomaru's but this dog is totally different, he has made no contact with Inuyasha and is not envious about his father's favoritism, also it looks like Inu no Taisho never had enough relation with his son and never gave him Tenseiga. A little sad about that because you'd think the old dog would have at least tried.

This Sesshomaru is so much more cold and detached, amazingly enough I believe with his upbringing he'd have a harder time trying to win Kagome over than his canon self since she is a people's person and all. It'd creep her out his obsession with her and his complete indiference to everything else, including the life/death of his only brother and all manners of life forms on Earth. Scratch that, she'd prefer the brash and wild Inuyasha than the emotionless and cold guy she won't be able to figure out no matter what her soul's attraction says, I imagine he'd slay people for insulting her and the like.

What about Jaken, Ah-Un and Rin? Jaken is convenient since he does simple bothersome things for him and Ah-Un carries stuff too.

Ohh~ I wanna read more! I love how you write :D

Ooooo this is pretty intense! Talk about love that transcends everything including time and the mortal plane! I like Sesshomaru’s attitude, I just always saw him as uncaring to most things and I’m amused at how alike Anubis and Sesshomaru are right now. I can’t wait until Kagome arrives on the scene!

I loved it!! Maybe even teared a little at the end hehe Anubis truly is a manly man, not in the machist concept but as in being in control and prioritizing; I mean, he sees his dead beloved, most would lose control completely. But no, first reassurance to her, then promise and do what is best, then grieve before doing something rash, next is taking care of her body and possessions, make sure she will be avenged comes fifth! And finally the burial. 

(The smut was awesome btw ;) )

The second chapter is wonderful. Their time together was beautiful and excellently written while expressing that it is their first time in this physical way. It was different and tasteful in description. I liked how he didn't go after the humans deciding that he'd wait to see them but sent these hell hounds to haunt just them. How long will he wait to see her again? What shall happen now? Will kagome and sesshomaru come in to play or will there be more of ancient Egypt? Love your story.

Wonderful story, such a sad start to it though. I love the detail and imagery in your writing. You have made wonderful characters and I can't wait to see how it will play into the InuYasha story. 

I can not wait for the next chapters! This story draws me in because not o only am I a huge lover of Egyptian history, but I love how you are creating new back stories for our two favorite characters. I hope you update soon because I need to know what happens next.

That was so beautiful and tragic at the same moment! Absolutely stunning! I adore the details you so meticulously put in every sentence and the emotions made my heart hurt! The intimate scene was absolutely beautiful, I could see the love and affection and caring and it was something that I really precieve as making love not sex! The pyramid was a stroke of genius! Overall I was deeply touched by this chapter! I am a fan of everything Egyptian, even studied Egyptology in university so to see something that I love so much written with inuyasha characters is amazing! I wasn't a fan of something like this until now, but I am certain this story will definitely become one of my favourite! 

On another note if you need some advice or opinion I am ready and eager to help! It is truly a beautiful piece!

Oh wow. I love your story. This was unexpected and unique. I love the incredible amount of detail that you put in and how well done your research is. This almost makes me want to continue with the Egyptian universe and find out what happens. Will anubis find her in time or will he receive a terrible shock with the next soul. Why didn't he save her? She was calling to him or at least thinking about him and he returned her ikoris'  feelings. So why let her suffer, unless someone else stopped him from going to her? I also appreciate and love the glossary, it helps me picture better how the characters would look and their purposes.

I love how you connected Anubis with his priestess and formed a love story between them, it's very fresh and original. Wow! Your story is prety awesome! Im going to assume that maybe Anubis rescues his human lover and she ends up as Kagomes mother or something, but whatever i cant wait to see how this plays out!!!
