I like that all the characters are flawed-obviously some more than others (ahem Inuyasha). But also I am totally digging the mad fluff between Kagome and sesshomaru. Can’t wait til those pregnancy hormones kick in and see how those fantasies play out! Poor sesshomaru, he has no idea what’s in store for him!

Finally...., new chapter

I really love how the story is progressing with sesshomaru and kagome's relationship developing slowly through their daily interactions. Inuyasha character is frustrating but, helps to better develop kagome and sesshomaru's character. Kagome I always am cheering her on and sesshomaru's internal struggles with her and himself is endearing.This is the 2nd time I've read through this series  and as with baby blues I love your work Its captivating regardless of other people's trash opinons. Thank you for this wonderful piece I hope you can update :)

I feel bad bc like even if he isn’t the greatest person, Inuyasha does seem to care a bit. Like Sesshoumaru isn’t a great person either, so I feel a little bad rooting for him over Inuyasha. Everyone has their issues. But if he is squandering money on drugs, he at least needs help to stop that or he’ll be a toxic influence and a drain on Kagome and the baby.

Inuyasha, that was a dick move hurting Kagome just to get a dig at your brother. Sesshoumaru, you can’t just order Kagome around, and you especially can’t threaten her wtf.

Wowww way to be bitter, Inuyasha. Though I guess it’s understandable

Oh, of course the contents of this chapter are all fiction, and I know well that Inuyasha will not actually abuse his girlfriend and brother this way, but nevertheless I feel so sorry for what they have gone through.... ;( ;( I can't even imagine how broken his heart would have been on the day Sesshoumaru buried his daughter six feet under. Kid knows much more than the adults around her / him think. Poor Rin may have realized that she'll die before her daddy told her the cruel truth.. How could God be so indifferent to her? She had no malice, and rather kept the world around her, including her dad, warm....I curse the disease that took her to the underworld so early and hope she will be healthy and happy there. And Kagome, I'm so worry about her. She received news that could be fatal to her mental health and the baby, and her boyfriend made no excuses. It was a very dark and tragic chapter, but at the same time, the next chapter was expected. Perhaps you've already guessed it, but I loved the passage most about why Sesshoumaru hated his brother so much, and why he always turned a blind eye to his only brother. I thought I wanted to hug him as soon as he finished talking.

Wow.never thought inu has a child with kikyo before......

Interesting premise! Inuyasha is going to be a complete mess in this story, isn't he? I already feel bad for Kagome.

Part of the reason why I clicked is I recognize your username. Ages ago I read Serenity Trails, where Inuyasha is also on the verge of homeless, and a pregnant Kagome lives with Sesshomaru, Although in different circumstances. It's nice to see how much your style has changed and matured, but you're still exploring some of the same topics.

Well, that is something someone with an addict would do. It sucks but Kagome needs to know what being tied to InuYasha would mean. As much as Sess would like to protect her, it might take a while and a few bad interactions before she realizes the truth. All that and Kagome has to deal with pregnancy hormones. 

I thought that was Janna. It's Yasha's other kid?! What now??
