I think their trust is well placed and that was a sweet moment between them. They are becoming easier with each other's company. 

I have to totally agree with Kagome. When i found out the emperor whole rule was to get most powerful killed once every 250yrs, I'm like how is nonone doing a coup?? And these people are still in power? 

Doesn't seem fair when people important to you and your family die.

Yessssssssssssss! I love them as a team!! And I love seeing Kagome being intelligent versus ditzy, but also still balancing that line of realizing this is a society she still has much to learn about. Looking forward to what comes next.
