One more review given how much I'm loving this fic..! Love the slow unfolding of the past interactions between Sesshoumaru and Kagome, the subtle (or not subtle!) hints hahaha... thank you for yet another good read :) 

Another amazing update!!! Thank you, Char, I really love this story! Much less heavy than the other usual haha. Loving the fact that this chapter revealed more of Kagome's deaire to travel ancient Japan and her restlessness of being in the village. Please keep the chapters coming (in the meantime I'll try and play catch up on the Control side stories and the Rebel Anthology...) <3

I want to know why sesshoumaru allowed kagome to make the 'mistake' of being with Inuyasha in the first place and why he was not outwardly jealous of her doing inuyasha and him at the same time so to speak. Whats your take on this ? I feel like i need some originality with the explanation because you have raised the expectations content wise with your incredible writing style and storytelling. And no, i did not miss kagomes recollection of sesshomarus vague comment of young girls not knowing any better when it comes to such matters

Sesshomaru slicing off that grass ring foreshadowed how fragile kagome's marriage would be and how little he would respect the union/inuyasha. 

The attraction and thrill has always been there. Sesshomaru long accepted that while Kagome is playing dumb. In a way, Sesshomaru 'tricked' Kagome by making it seem like he was "helping" her save her crappy marriage. A master strategist.

Kagome is now forced to face the truth but she's an idiot so I'm sure she'll go running back to inuyasha still wet between the legs and in denial :P

Yay! An exciting update with exciting developments! Her world has literally been turned on it's axis - north is now somewhere between south and west, I'm sure. In the end, I'm sure she won't regret it too much. On another note: I read 'say my name' and started singing destiny's child in my head lol!

This is going to get rough. Inuyasha is trusting a little to much. I hope he finds out. I wonder if Inuyasha knows that mark is a mating mark? I feel like he does. I just can't believe Kagome is going to play off Sesshoumaru's child as Inuyashas.  I really don't have much respect for Kagome. I think she loves Sesshoumaru but afraid of Inuyasha.  Well, good update. 

Inuyasha is a product of his time and environment; Women stay at home, raise babies, and obey their husbands. Simple. Kagome is a wildflower that's forcing herself to fit the mold of a perfect fuedal wife. She thinks a child will settle her down and improve her marriage. Delusional. 

I wonder how long sesshomaru has wanted kagome?if he will successfully "steal" her away from inuyasha...

Ya I just can't get enough of this story. Beautifully written so far and you have ME on a knifes edge of nerves waiting for more. Will you update again soon please ? I get excited when I see the email. 

I totally knew she was pregnant. But what will happen now. Especially since she's totally in love with Sesshoumaru

Sesshomaru doesn't want Rin to end up like Kagome living a life of regret. Now, is Rin anything like Kagome? We don't know, but 15 is the same age when Kagome met Inuyasha and trapped herself in this strange relationship. 

Her wanting to be friends with Sesshomaru after all that's happened is so Kagome. And by that I mean idiotic. Things will never be the same.

I wonder if Sesshomaru can sense if she's pregnant ;)

Maybe Sesshoumaru alreadly knows she's lnocked-up! LOL...I think Kagome is seriously deranged wanting to raise a child with angry Inuyasha. Inuyasha is ready to go off all the edge all the time! I think Inuyasha is toxic for anyone. 

Sesshomaru is in love with her. I don't know how Kagome hasn't picked up on that yet. It's clear as day. 

He's probably loved her for a long time and now that he's trying to father a child with her, it only grew. It's clear she's in love with him as well. Kagome is just scared to admit that to herself. 

Inuyasha is not the right husband for her. Sesshomaru is. He's protective, quietly loving, and quietly romantic. The perfect man to marry/mate. 

I'm starting to hate this kagome. Inuyasha is a shit husband but she's so determined to keep up this sham of a marriage. How embarrassing. His beast clearly senses that something is..off. It won't be long until he attacks her. 

Kagome is a sick in the head woman. Sesshoumaru should just be thankful shes Inuyasha's problem. I still think Inuyasha is useless but Kagome is worse in someways secretly using Sesshoumaru. If Inuyasha can't have a child then she needs to just except this. It kinda looks like she may be pregnant already, feel sad for Sesshoumaru. I can just imagine what Sango will think when the truth finally comes out. Right now I just can't feel sorry for Kagome at all. Thanks for the update.
