I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER!

HEY!  Kouga's not so bad, he's just a little...  needy...

I like the way, even though the sound of Sesshomaru's voice, when Kagome heard it again after three years, took her breath away, she isn't clinging all over him and too overeager to find out what he wants.  She's doing her thing, and living her life, even putting throttling InuYasha ahead of Sesshomaru in her list of priorities.  This version of Kagome has her life together!  Can't wait to find out what happens the NEXT night, when she goes out with Sesshomaru.  Wonder what he's got to say?

It's always best to have a good friend ready to bail you out when a date goes bad!  Whenever Kouga is characterized as an unbearable date, I always feel like, "well, it would be worth it!"

I guess, in a way, I'm as bad as a lot of guys.  But, I mean, Kouga!  I could put up with a lot from him, if I were Kagome.  But then you threw in the part about him planning for them to live at his parents' house!   That did it for me!  Eeew!

Fun, entertaining chapter, especially Sesshy plotting to put a stop to her dating at the end of the chapter.

You really know how to slay me in the first paragraphs of your chapters!  That was so simple, yet sooo evocative.  That one sentence spoke volumes about Sesshomaru and Kagome's past, and the feelings that must remain in her heart for him!  I DO remember what it feels like to become breathless from just the sound of a voice, and for all of us who do, those words hold a lot of descriptive power.  Nice writing!

Sesshomaru can be so presumptuous, I'm glad Kagome already had a date for the following night (even if she just made it up)!

I can't wait to find out what he wants (I mean if it is something more complicated than the obvious...)

You have an excellent gift for description.  The passage where you describe the gloomy night and the diner set the scene very effectively.  I liked it a lot!  And you have aroused my interest with the role Sesshomaru is programmed to play in the universe you are creating.  There is one thing that I spotted about your story that was a little off-putting, though, and that was a misspelling in your story summary.  Instead of past, you have typed "pasted".  If this occured within the body of the story, it wouldn't really matter much at all, to me as a reader, at least.  But the story summary is the first thing a prospective reader sees, and uses to decide whether to read the fanfic, so it might be worth fixing.  Keep up the great work, I can't wait to get a little more time so I can read further, and find out what is going to happen next!
