Great story. I don't think I've read anything similar to this and that's VERY refreshing.

I'm not sure how you'll pull it all together though since a large portion of the story is retelling things exactly how they happened in the series.

Hopefully you find the formula to keep this exciting... so far so good. :)

Great story so far!!  I noticed a couple of typos here and there, but they weren't bothersome enough to distract from the story.  There's just one little thing that bothers me a bit, and that is the fact that your author's notes in the end and the story kind of run together at the bottom.  It would be great if you would add a page break of some kind to separate the two.  ^^;  Anyways, keep up the good work, and I can't wait for the next chapter~.

I was so happy to see that you'd posted this here since AFF doesn't always load the whole chapter for some reason.  When you posted chapter 2 there it only loaded half way each time I refreshed so I had a heck of a time getting it to load the whole thing so I could read it.  Can hardly wait until the next chapter comes out to see what Sess does next.

Ha! Talk about service! I write a review and there's another chapter waiting for me! Actually, for a Japanese anthropology class, I had to read about halfway through Genji Monogatari, and Genji actually impregnants Fujitsubo, but everyone thinks that it is the Emperor's son, etc. etc... Phew! Hopefully your story won't drive me up the wall like that one did! :) For someone one who rarely shows any emotions, Sesshoumaru surely bounces around a lot in this story. Fursious one minute, sympathetic the next. I'm saying this as a netural comment, as we have yet to see how he will develop in your story. My only suggestion would be to try to be consistant with his lack or abundance of emotion. Kepp up the good work!

Already I like what you have done to the original story (which I liked too!). I like how the story starts after the fall of Naraku and not right in the middle of everything. I can't wait to see what you do with this story. I wonder if Sesshoumaru will ever taunt Inu with the knowledge that Kagome was the one that got Naraku, especially if he was defending Kagome! i must admit  i had little faith this would be good cuz of the summery i thought it was going to be super super cliche but its not. Ur story is very well written and i think thats what saves it from being cliche the idea is kinda what others have writtne but u wright so beautfully and by the end of the chapter i knew tha i have never reaed somthing like this before. i love how u incorprate kagomes diray adn how it doesnt just go into oh i love sesshomaru but he doesnt notice me. yea...i hoping this all made sense. ur storys not cliche and is wonderfully written. haha yea soooo keep writting please.
