I'm really enjoying this story.  I'm so happy when I see you have posted a new chapter.  You are an excellent author!  There was one aspect of this chapter that I especially noticed, and that was Kagome's reluctance to be open with her emotions in her relationship with Lord Sesshomaru, as she had been with InuYasha.  When I think about Kagome moving on to her second relationship, I think she would want to avoid the mistakes she made in the first one.  It seems to me that she would attempt to be more mature and dignified, and to treat Sesshomaru with punctilious respect.  But Sesshomaru saw how she was around InuYasha, when she was less cautious, and totally open and honest about her emotions (except her feelings involving Kikyo).  Sesshomaru would naturally feel that she did not feel as much for him, as she did for InuYasha.  I tried to examine this in my story "Double Vision", but feel like I failed, even though I wrote, and re-wrote, and re-re-wrote.  I was totally impressed with how you managed to make this situation come to life!  And as for the ending of the chapter, I'm hoping Kataru gets a harsh dose of reality when she meets her new lord.  I can't wait for next chapter to find out!  You never, ever disappoint, so I know it will be intense!

dont doubt yourself! i feel for kagome, because i have low self-worth and self-confidence, and i have been told that my boyfriend doesn't actually care about me, or that my friends are only my friends because they feel sorry for me or they are using me. :( sometimes, i'm not too sure about my boyfriend D:

Kataru is going to involve InuYasha in her plotting!  What a great twist!  I can't wait for the next chapter...

YES!! The bitch is gone. But why oh why is she going to go after doesnt she know its useless. Oh well would love to see how that plays out.
