I love this story and the face that you update so quickly it makes me happy when i return to the dokuga homepage an see a new update. I like the romance that is beginning and i do not think it is an unlikely romance because kagome is death and sesshoumaru is the exception to death. ^_^

So your going to have Sess do an evocation of death. An invocation is taking a spirt inside ones body, where as an evocation calls a spirt to aid them. I dont think you want Kagome in Sess's body, well may be Sess in Kagome (wink wink). That type of ritual is going to be rather hard to find unless you know a witch, but even then something like that most would not try to do.

Ok its official I am in LOVE with this story! I started reading and got to chapter 9 I was bummed I would have to wait for an update, but when I went back to Dokuga's homepage you already had up chapter 10!! I was practically giddy! Keep up the great and wonderful work, I look foward to your next chapter!

Oh my gosh, I just thought of something. Kagome is seeing the soul's being reincarnated, correct. Umm I kind of think it she will be stuck with the job for ever. Because if her friends are being reincarnated they are still in the mortal world. Yikes!!! and she did this of her own free will. Being bound by her love of friends and family, some one to protect. Oh wow.... Hey wait is that what Inuyasha is going to tell Sess? That love of those you are willing to die for to protect, is what death is bound by? Ok enough of silly questions on my part, I must wait for the authors update (sitting on hands to keep them away from keyboard and asking more questions or thoughts)

Wow a soul killer, was wondering if maybe it was another void demon like Kanna? But from what your describing it sound like an Egyptian mythology, Ammit (also spelt Ammut and Ahemait, meaning Devourer or Bone Eater) was a female demon with a body that was part lion, hippopotamus and crocodile. A funerary deity, her titles included “Devourer of the Dead,” “Eater of Hearts,” and “Great of Death.” Ok I do read too much.

I wonder what Inuyasha will say about how Death is bound.

I go to sleep for a bit and 2 new chapters, woot. You had Kagome send Kohoku to Sess before a war... Hmmm, wonder where that is going to go. Also your making Kagome more like the Grim Reaper, the harvester of souls, very interesting. The way your making Kagome reminds me of a poem I once read by Denise Paduano.

The Reaper calls come to me
She's fogged with pain, it's difficult to see

She senses his presence in the chilly room
Knowing what he wants, she doesn't have to assume

He calls her softly with pity on his breath
She knows he's come to enfold her in death

A tear falls down her now pale cheek
All senses failing, she feels so weak

For so long she thought she was going insane
She's prayed for him to come and relieve the pain

She looks at her family one and all
While the reaper waits at the end of the hall

 I waited all day looking for an update on this, I was about to go to bed when I found it. Oh wow, Sess got a promise from Death. Wonder how painful Kagome can make Sess's death if he fails to keep Rin alive? So is Sess going to find the info in the scrolls? I would think that there would be no information on it, because she is a new creature and not an imp of the underworld. Oh well I will have to see what the wonderful and talented author comes up with. (wonders if flattery will get another chapter or two written soon)

I really enjoy this story so far. Could I perhaps ask you to continue writing it? I know you're busy, but I'm in love with your portrayl of Kagome's character.
