A word of advice. I'd suggest you let the rogue warrior escape this trap and maybe a couple of next ones,  just to show that he's as good as the rumors you've mentioned earlier proclaim before you allow him to be captured. It gives a certain depth to his skills and abilities and extends the story somewhat, allowing you to build up tension and gives some space for possible character growth.

That said, please do update soon! I wish to see how this one unfolds!
