Now you've gone and made me sad right before bed time. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THAT NOW?

This was...this was...so...so...SAD!! **wails**

But beautifully written. And heartbreaking. And touching. And uniqe. And I'm going to stop blubbering now.

yanno. this is amazing!

Since it's such a long story and I know I'll leave something out, I've decided to write my review as I go along. lol.

First, I love the quote prompt!

I've never read a science fiction fanfic before so I have nothing to compare it to; however, so far I am finding this to be amazing. The details and writing style is fantastical, Lady B.

I absolutely LOVED this line: "But if it will soothe your human sensitivities, I command you to do the aforementioned task, please." I giggled uncontrollably for a few minutes when I read it.

Also, haha.

"Hn.”

“Did you just snort at me?”

“No.”

He totally did snort at her! He's such a liar! lol.

Awww... oh no! Does that mean Kagome's never getting her memories back? D=

That was nice of Sesshoumaru. To show her the research and sort of give her back her memories. Although whether he did it just to be nice or to resume the mission... who knows? lol.

Haha. "You are a constant cause for concern." Sesshoumaru is concerned about her. Aww.

Awww. I like their little interaction here:

“You have performed and completed all of your tasks excellently,” he said before adding chidingly, “despite your initial delays.”

“Look, I was depressed…”

“I am as you humans call it, kidding you.”

“I know you are!  You’re such a dick for being a computer program, sir.”

“Yes, I am, but it must be said that my newly acquired bad habits are clearly derived from my association with you.”

“You know what…?!” she began, and then she noticed his smirk.  “You’re so bad!”

That was so cute!

Oohhh, that was practically a confession from Sesshoumaru! Looks like computer programs have emotions after all, eh? lol

Woah. Kagome made him a body. lol. Niiiice.

lol. "I'm a Sesshoumaru of my word." Great line. XD

Awwww... so tragically sweet. They love each other, but one is human and the other a computer. They can never be together. ><;;; Because at some point, the human will die. It's amazing that as old as Kagome is after sixty six years after awakening, it hasn't affected the never-aging Sesshoumaru at all. Maybe because he's a computer? I don't know.

And yes, that ending was sweet too. Sesshoumaru did that so the memory of Kagome would live on forever and so that he, himself, would never forget her. That's so touching and it was such a great read. Thanks for that, Lady B.

Aww Lady B!!!!! *cries* That was so sad! I know you hate writing romance, but srsly, you should write it JUST NOT SO DARN SAD!!!!! Ugh I love your writing but sometimes i just want to strangle you lol. Awesome job, very bittersweet and oh so heart wrenching.

There's a lot to say, but I think you can guess what it is, and I'm betting that the people who reviewed before me have said it all, already. So all I will say is the thing that will stay with me most - I've never read a story this bittersweet and cruel that I loved quite so much.

I simply adore this one. I love history, and this sure was filled with it. I love the way you wrote this.

OMg I got freaking loved this story sooo much! There was such exquisite detail, and such lovely romance towards the end that I ended up grinning like an idiot and having my beau ask me what the hell that goofy smile was. Excellent as always, Lady B.

I always love your writing and I enjoy how different it is from the other stories I usually read. You always allow at the end the reader's mind to keep working and I adore that. I fell in love with the setting that you provided for us and despite the length of your story, at the end I was staring at my screen with open eyes going "Wait - what - it's done already?" When you write something, I always crave for more!

This is such a good story. Every assumption I made was wrong, and that is so nice. Usually things are svery predicatable in fanfiction and I can honestly say I was able to predict nothing in this. Which you already knew, lol. The ending totally had me reeling, I'm wondering what it would take to bribe you into a short sequel that tells what happens next? I know you don't like romance, but would you make an exception if I let you make me a ramp for awhile? I won't even complain lol. Great read!

There are no mroe words to describe it. I really got sucked into the story, and I believe that you put a unique creative twist on the prompt. I want to read about Kags training with ninjas now though @.@
