I have enjoyed what you have written so far, and am wondering if there is any more to go, or have you dumped it? please not the latter. as I would like to finish reading this

How depressing, so much time has passed and Kagome has not heard from Sesshoumaru. I suppose he is still "cleaning house" and that takes time. It is too bad she is unaware he is making an effort to make himself available. The plot thickens. Thanks for the new chapter.

what happended to shippo he should still be around shouldnt he anyways keep up the great work i hope to read more soon ^_^

WooooHooo your back! this was one of my favorite stories and it looks like it will continue to be.  This latest chapter is very intriguing and I don't think Kagome was fooled b those suits for a second.  I wish Sesshoumaru had popped up sooner and not let her alone so long.  I'm hoping he took this time to set his life in order so he can go after what he knows is completely worthy of him.  Excellent chapter and I'm already looking forward to the next one!

hmm. it does seem like that the last chapter is a completely a different story; it has a different "feel." (like the plot has changed and that it's taking a different turn from the orignial). AND it doesn't connect well with the last chapter you left off...

However, leaving 'enticing the prey' (chapeter 8), as is, seems incomplete... Ch. 8, itself, does not have closure...

What happened to the little prologue you wrote  for Ch. 9 right after CH. 8? That seems promising.. it is, at least, a continuation.

Anyways, I adored (and DO adore) this fic, for it is very promising and an interesting read. I also do like you as an author becuase you have pretty good writing style, etc.

But,I do hope that you try to update frequently (at least on month-to-month basis or even every other month, as long as it's regular). Beucase if you don't, we (as readers) lose interest and forget about the story and its plot. Also, your writing and plans for this fic changes... as seen here. Please don't take this as a criticism but as an advice. I know life gets in the way.. but writer's block for a year is no excuse. =p

on the other note, Ch. 9 is also very interesting! I can already conjure images of where you can take this! Ch. 9 could be a start to a very interesting story on its own. But if you are going to use it as a continuation, than don't change the plot and the "feel" of the Hunter and Prey. You are the aurthor; i'm sure you know the best. I'm sure that you will create a wonderful fic no matter what you take with this! (esp. when I do not know what your plans for this is). ^^  And, having multiple scenarios and complications that come within the story for the characters are always fun, too. Merely, I suggest that you don't change so much of Hunter and Prey... beucase I really love this fic.
