So this is still one of my most favorite stories in the Inuyasha Fandom. I've literally read this story twice in a six month period. That's pretty epic to me considering I typically hate to read stories twice like. At. All. =_= Kagome isn't described as being perfect or exceptionally more beautiful due to her transition to Vixen, she isn't all powerful but nor is she whiney and weak. I believe the portrayals of each of the characters are absolutely stunning.
To be perfectly frank, I'm pretty jealous of this story and the amazing flow and descriptive yet non-descriptive scenes. The characters feel real and the Youkai!Kagome feels natural from the scenes and time jumps to the interactions of the characters. I love that its not, well, forced. I wish my own chapter story was as smooth as this. Could I write like this? Fuck no. Apologies for the language. I'm a descriptive writer. Perhaps I deeply enjoy this story because its different from my own style. Anywho, thank you for the amazing story and exquisite expansion of the Inuyasha world to twist it into a beautiful Sess/Kag ending. I honestly wish you'd consider another story of the same universe. I've got the same exact feeling reading the end of this as when the Harry Potter series ended. High praise, that.
Cheers :)

This is a fantastic story, very well writen, with great story line and charaterazation. The slow build of the characters all the way through to the end is just fantastic, I am so in love with the way you wrote Sesshomaru! You can really see all the hard work put into this peace and it is wonderful! This story without a doubt is one of two truely great stories that I have read for this paring, and I have read a lot for this paring (like 250 or more) so thank you so much for writting something that I truely enjoyed reading. ????

In the Baha'i religion nine is a sacred number! For two reasons:
In the Persian and Arab cultures, the same symbols are used for both letters and numbers; therefore, every letter is also a number. This means every word is equivalent to some number (this is called the "abjad" system). Using one for the other is almost a cultural game. For example, the city Adrianople (in Turkey) and the word for "mystery" have the same numeric value, and so Adrianople is sometimes called "the city of mystery."
The word "baha" ("glory") is 2+1+5+1, or 9. So nine is used as its equivalent, what we call "the number of Baha." This is why one of the symbols of the Baha'i Faith is a nine-pointed star.
The other reason is that nine is the largest value (in the conventional decimal system) expressible as a single digit, so this is used as a symbol of unity.
