Okay, just for clarification.  Sesshomaru said he had loved Kagome for 1,000 years.  Does that mean when he was sent back he was sent back 500 years further back from when she comes through the well to him?  I'm sorry for not understanding.  I'm just confused with the dates he's lived through.=)

I'm finding with the second chapter of this story it is more interesting then I thought it to be.  I like how you had Kagome cut Inuyasha from her life and leave to travel with Sesshomaru.  I also like how she demanded another promise of protection from him.  I also like that she's Midoriko's reincarnation and not Kikyou's, and that she's getting all of Midoriko's memories and pretty much her muscle memory so she'll already know how to fight the way Midoriko did.

Now for the few questions I'm hoping you'll have time to answer.

1)When Midoriko said that they could make one wish do you mean that Kagome's wish was for them each to have a wish, everyone in the group?  And if so does that mean that their wishes, depending on what they were, may have changed history from what she knew which is why she would have to come back and fix things?

2)When Midoriko told her that the one waiting for her on the other side of the well would tell her what happened because he lived it, do you mean that time continued so that he could know what everyone had wished for and witness the outcome before time was reset for him as well?

3)Midoriko said that Inuyasha's reaction would be unknown.  Does that mean that the events that led to him being sealed to the tree have changed from what we know?(you don't have to answer this if it's part of the plot to your story.)

4)If Inuyasha's sword didn't work without him meaning his promise to protect Kagome then how was he able to use it to bring down Naraku's barrier? Does that mean at some point he actually meant his promise to protect her and the sword worked for him again?  I'm not sure that really makes sense since he ended up ditching her during the battle to protect Kikyou.  Wouldn't that mean he didn't actually mean his promise or is it one of those things where he meant it at the time but when Kikyou got involved he changed his mind at the last second?

Well, that's all for the questions.  I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this story, so please update soon. =)

I have to say, this is the first fiction I've seen to have a picture placed into it. Nice touch, even though I was kinda confused on what it's supposed to represent, Midoriko or Kagome?
