Well I'm confused. Keeps sounding like this is in Kagome's time, but then without warning it switches and Kagome is with Inuyasha in the past. I'm so confused as to what is really happening. I've even re-read parts thinking I misread or missed something, but still am left confused if she is in the present or past. If she is dealing with present Sesshoumaru or past. Sounded like Inuyasha and Kikyo got together and she was broken hearted over the fact, but no discussion about it has happened and Inuyasha hadn't even spoken to Kagome about it. Just took her and hopped into the well like nothing happened and she let him....So again, confused.

Interesting. The ending felt unfinished though. It would have been nice to get an explanation from the future Sesshoumaru why he marked her knowing she had to go back to the past.
