So much in one chapter. I enjoyed this one immensely. I'm so glad Sesshomaru has come around and  allowed Inuyasha to remain with Kagome until the coming of age. Nicely done at the end there, "once a month." ;-)

Another wonderful chapter. Heart wrenching. Sad for Kagome and for Inuyasha. I love how you are treating him. Thanks for updating! Many hugs!

Oh My Gooood, I cant stop reading it :) your story is really good, it has depth and your grammar is great, I really appreciate good grammar :D I hope you finish it, because this is one of the few good, really "grown up" stories this site has seen in a while. Wow, that was some chapter! Unfotunately there are so many young people who grow up in that situation. It either consumes them too or they triumph over that despair and become exceptional. I don't blame her for bristling at Sessh for taking Inu into a home where he is unwanted. This is so good.  Can hardly wait to find out what happens next. As always, you have us waiting for more. Still loving the way this fic is written. Though I wonder now Inuyasha will feel about this situation, I think Kagme does mean something to him and he will greatly miss her and his Buyo.

Holy mother of ... crap! This chapter was iiiiiintense! I did not see this coming at all. I like how Sesshomaru mocks Kagome's smoking habit as he himself has s cig of his own. Very good ending btw. Izayo'a cause of death was like ... BOOM ... wake up human and stop smoking!  

Oh poor Inu....I'm sure Kagome wi fight to have him. Somehow, someway, Inu and Kagome will stay together. Thought I am verrrrrrry curious about Sesshomaru's actions towards Kagome. It's almost as if his instincts pushed him to her, yet he was curious as to who and what she is. I cannot wait to see how Inu reacts!

The beginning of each chapter is always melancholy for me, to see such a vibrant woman turned woman be treated so harshly by her own mama. I can’t forgive this. I don’t care what reasons the mother has for such deplorable actions, no reason is a good enough excuse to verbally, mentally, and physically hurt her own child. Poor Kagome… But she turned out to be a strong, capable woman. Though cynical for sure, Kagome still has the capacity to be kind, or she wouldn’t have taken in her little brother or an orphaned boy who isn’t even fully human, especially since she was unaware of the existence of demons walking along humanity. I love her strength of character and indomitable will to survive and keep moving forward.

I also feel bad for little Inuyasha… His mother died, he tried to find a brother he barely knew, and when Sesshomaru finally appears, it is obvious Sesshomaru is cold and unfeeling towards the little guy. Sesshomaru, I love you dearly, but you are such a bastard right now. AND Sesshomaru wants Inuyasha to live in a home where no one likes him and will probably mistreat him. Growing up unloved is awful.

But I must admit that I freakin’ loved the steamy scene in the alley. Hips thrusting and mmm. It wasn’t even a lime but boy was it hawt! You are a freakin’ genius, hellcat! The way you wrote it was superb, as was the rest of this chapter and the previous ones. Your words captivate me like none other :D

I was not expecting that ending…about how Inuyasha’s mama died, but how the news came about was ingenious! I actually felt like smacking Sesshomaru for his arrogance, especially when he made that comment about smoking. Loved the scene like none other, but still, his ego needs to be taken down a few notches (cause I am an evil woman that way, wanting to see a male’s pride go down the drain XD).
