This is one seriously cool fic. Ok I have figured out that the young Western Prince is Kagome's child, but what happend to her and where is she now. Oh, so many questions.

Your style is quick and engaging, and your succinct phrasing and dialogue brims with tension, mystery and emotion. I can feel the weight of Kaido and Sesshoumaru's deeply embedded pain tangibly. It's amazing how you've already established the underlying hopelessness in their pain, and how deftly you've shaped Kaido's character in this chapter alone. It takes some serious skill to create an instant sympathy for an OC, but you've tackled that hurdle with amazing writing. I can't wait to read more of this fic!!! It's got so many unanswered questions, great characterization and so much potential. Please update soon!!!
