I agree with Arsenic about the bells going off in reference to Kagome and a particular tree. This plot is so different and unique, that it ensnared me immediately from merely reading your summary. I was totally pleased with your first chapter. Just please don't do what I've seen so many writers do. And that is that they abandon their story after putting so much effort into their first chapter. This story deserves to be told. So I anxiously await your next update.
