Kagome ran through the forest calling Inuyasha.

"Inuyasha help me!" Kagome screamed. "Wow this

would have been a good day to stay in bed!"

Kagome said out loud. She looked back behind

her.The demon was still hot on her tail. "Inuyasha!

Inuyasha!!!!" She was almost in tears. "Give me the

jewel shards you filthy miko!" The demon growled.

The demon was a black dragon with large fangs. It

had it's claws out as if ready to stab through

Kagome. "There has to be some sort of shelter

around here!" Kagome yelled. As Kagome ran clear

of the forest a large gray castle appeared in font

of her. She took her chances and ran towards the

door.

Sesshomaru stood out on the belcony of his castle

starring down at the young miko trying desprately

to get in. Sesshomaru smiled. "Thats the young

women whom travels with my hanyou

brother...This should be interesting... Jaken!" Jaken

ran onto the belcony. "yes m'e lord!" Jaken replied

bowing clumsily. "Let our guest in..." Sesshomaru

smiled. "And do it quickly. But don't alow her to see

you. And make sure...she cannot leave."

"Oh please let me in!" Kagome cryed banging her

fists against the steel door until her palms started

to bleed. "Give me the jewel!" The demon snarled

running right at her. Kagome covered her eyes and

waited for the pain of claws stabbing through her

stomach. Suddenly the steel door swung opened

and a green hand pulled her in. Kagome was

swung to the ground and the door instantly

slammed with the loud click of the door locking.

Kagome stood up and brushed off her skirt.

"Where am I? Kagome said to herself. "And...who

pulled me in here?" Kagome swung around but no

body was there. She could still here the demon

outside, pounding its fist against the steel door.

"H-hello?" kagome called out. No answer. The

castle was beautiful. The floors were made of

green marble and the walls were made of blue

crystal. "Wow! Its beautiful!" Kagome exclaimed

excitedly. "Young miko, what brings you here?"

The voice was comming from up the marble stairs.

Kagome swung around. There was not a light on

up stairs. All she could see was glowing gold

eyes. "W-whos there?" Kagome said shakily as

she strung an arrow against her bow. "Wretch,

Put your wepon down. I have no intension of

harming you." Kagome looked up angrily. "How

dare you..." Kagome wispered under her breath.

She put her arrow back into the carrying case and

placed her bow down. "Show yourself!" Kagome

replied angrily. Sesshomaru could see the anger in

her dark brown eyes. It showed as flames burning

brightly within them. There was something about

her, he couldn't think what. There was something

about this woman that he deeply desired. "Miko,

you are not human are you?" Sesshomaru

growled. "Of corse im human you fool!" Kagome

growled back. "how dare you wretch!"

Sesshomaru replied angrily as he flew down the

stairs grabbing Kagome by the throat and pinning

her against the wall. Sesshomaru starred into her

eyes once again. He could see the rage building

up. The flames were burning out of control.

Sessomaru slowly came closer to her and his lips

were almost an inch away from hers. Sesshomaru

quickly pulled his head away. "What the hell was i

thinking?" Sesshomaru thought to himself. "i almost

kissed her...I suddenly had the desire to see what

her lips felt like...How they would taste... How can

this be happening to me? I am a mighty demon, lord

of the western lands! My father made the mistake

of falling in love with that pitiful human, I will not

make the same mistake. I will not be brought down

as low as to fall in love with a

human." "Sesshomaru?!" Kagome managed to

squeeze out his name then started choking and

sputtering again. Sesshomaru let go of her.

Kagome fell to the ground unconsious. "This

woman is no human. Her powers are much too

great. And she has a demonic ora. Perhaps she

does not know she is a demon. Maybe i can use

this to my advanage." Sesshomaru smiled as she

starred down at the beautiful young woman. "Have

i ever got big plans for you." Sesshomaru smiled.

He picked her up and brought her to the spare bed

room, walked out and shut the door.

About an hour later, Kagome's eyes slowly

opened. "Wa...where am I?" Kagome said

staggering to her feet. She looked around the

room. The walls were pink crystal and the floors

were purple marble. There was one large window

and two large double doors made of black

diamond, one directly in front of the queen-sized

bed and one to the right of it. Above the bed was a

large light-purple chandelier with beautiful lighting.

Kagome walked over to the door on the left,

twisted the doorknob. she pushed on the door. it

slowly opened revealing a belcony. "wow..."

Kagome said breathlessly as she walked out. "you

can see the entire forest form here!" In Kagome's

excitment she did not notice the other door open

and Sesshomaru step in. "I see your awake?"

Sesshomaru said when he was behind her.

Kagome jumped around, her nails growing longer

and getting a sharp edge, slashed Sesshomaru

across the face, startled. She was shaking with

fear. Sesshomaru put his fingers up to the scratch

marks. Sesshomaru smiled. " Its just as I thought...

you are no human." "Y-yes I am! Inuyasha! please

help me!" Kagome shook as she spoke, her eyes

filled with tears. " No need to be scared, as i said I

have no intention of harming you. No need to call

for my hanyou brother, he cannot hear your cries.

He is off with that dead preistess Kikyo." Kagome

felt like her heart was being ripped out of her chest

hearing Sesshomaru's cruel words. If Inuyasha

was with kikyo, then there would be no way he

would try to save him.But can i trust him? Kagome

thought to herself. Is he telling the truth? " Your

name is Kagome right? I know you are a

demoness." "I-I am?" " Yes. And if you want me to

proove it I will." Sesshomaru said with a smile. "No!

I don't trust you!" Kagome yelled out without

thinking. She quickly thought of what she had just

said and put her hands over her mouth. This hadn't

suprised Sesshomaru. "I...I'm sorry..." Kagome said

starring at the belconey floor. Wait one minute!

Kagome thought to herself. Why am I apologizing to

this heartless demon? And why is he being so

kind? Kagome looked up to see Sesshomaru

smiling at her, but it wasn't his usual, creepy, evil

smile. There was something different about it.

something that made Kagome's heart lift. She

could't understand what she was feeling. Her

heart was filled with the sorrow of how cruel

Inuyasha was to her, Sesshomaru could see in her

eyes. But there was another emotion he could not

see. He knew it was there, but he couldn't make

out what it was. "Kagome...I understand that I was

your arch enemy..." Kagome quickly interupted. "

You were never my enemy, you were

Inuyasha's." "Well then, if you were not my enemy,

why don't you trust me?" A sly smile crossed

Sesshomaru's face. "I...I don't know..." Kagome

suddenly fell to her knees in tears, her face

pushed into her hands. Sesshomaru quickly

stepped back, startled by her sudden outburst.

about five minutes later Kagome stood up wiping

her eyes."I'm sorry Sesshomaru... I should be

leaving..." Kagome walked towards the door and

reached for the handle. Sesshomaru quickly

blocked her path. "Sesshomaru? What the hell?"

Kagome quickly pulled back, anger once again

filling her. " I am not alowing you to leave."

Sesshomaru smirked. " Sesshomaru stop this! I

want to leave! let me go!" "What will you do if I

don't?" Just get alittle angrier Kagome...

Sesshomaru thought to himself. Kagome was

furious. "How dare you! Let me go now!" Kagome

yelled. "no." Kagome's Eyes turned red with furry.

Fangs started to grow from her mouth, and sharp

claws started to grow from were here nails once

were. Kagome suddenly started to glow and the

outline of her body started to change shape.

stopped glowing, her eyes were still red with

anger, only she was no longer human. "just as I

thought." Sesshomaru looked at her new body.

Kagome's eyes went back to normal. well sort of.

they were the same as before, only silver. Kagome

starred down at her claws and screamed. "oh my

god I'm a demoness!" Kagome said startled.

Kagome pushed Sesshomaru aside and ran inside

and looked in the mirror. she had leopard ears and

a leopard tail! Sesshomaru walked in behind her.

he had a look of shere pleasure on his face. He

loved seeing Kagome freak out like this. He thought

to himself as Kagome started to scream. She fell to

her knees."Calm down Kagome." Sesshomaru said

looking down at her. Kagome looked up and their

eyes met. Sesshomaru could tell she was

confused and scared of how others would react.

She wasn't at all thinking about what she felt.

Sesshomaru thought for a moment, then smiled.

This could be my chance to really hurt my hanyou

brother. He may have the tetsaiga, but i have her.

smile very often. Kagome thought to

herself. "Kagome. Stand up. I want you to come

with me." "w-where are you planning to go?"

Sesshomaru's smile hadn't left his face. "I hope

you are not planning to take me to your room..."

Sesshomaru's smile widened. No... of corse not.

That will come later. He thought to himself. "No.

Just come with me." Kagome hesitated for a

moment then stood up and followed him.
