Finding Somethings Out

Hot, fresh tears poured down her face. The images flashed repeatedly in her mind. Falling, she just laid there, letting out all of her grief, betrayal, sadness, and anger, 'I shouldn't have fallen in love with him. I should have stayed away. I should have told him.' Her thoughts were racing. Standing up, she ran to the nearest cliff. "Goodbye, my love," She whispered, jumping off of the cliff.

"Kagome?" a voice said beside her. Looking up, Kagome faked a smile. "Yes, Shippo?" Kagome asked. "I'm tired." Shippo whispered, with a yawn. "O.k. Come on." She said, opening her sleeping bag and putting away her book. Crawling in, Shippo instantly fall asleep. Looking around the campsite, Kagome noticed everyone was also falling asleep. Sighing, Kagome slowly got up and disappeared into the forest. Walking into a clearing, she sent out her senses, making sure no one was following her. "Yai Toiebs Yurahdi (Show my true form.)" Kagome said, pulling out a crystal. Grasping the crystal, a black mist surrounded her. Jumping in the air, a black light outlined her body. Floating down to the ground, a much transformed Kagome examined her body. She had blood red hair with black highlights, a black fox tail with a blood red tip, two black cat ears were on top of her head, a small black crescent moon tattoo was tattooed to her left hip, two black bat wings protruded from her back, her eyes were a dark red, her nails had grown longer and were painted black.

"Now I need a new name for my alter ego." Kagome muttered, flying up. After flying a few moments, Kagome screamed in frustration. "I give up." She said, flying towards the nearest village. Staying above the village, Kagome located the nearest store and slipped through a window.

Walking through the isles of clothes, something caught Kagome's eyes. "Now there's an outfit." Kagome whispered, walking to it. It was a dark purple tank top with a fish net over it, and a short black skirt, with a pair of black, tinted purple, ankle boots. It also had a blood red dragon on the tank top. Smiling, Kagome put on the outfit and left. Stopping at a jewelry store, Kagome stole a necklace that had a black star hanging from it. Stopping at her final stop, Kagome looked through the stacks of weapons. Picking up a trident (you know a fork looking staff), Kagome went to the edge of the village and lifted her trident. "Anyone who stands in my way, I will kill." Kagome said, flying towards the campsite. Stopping at the edge, Kagome quickly deformed and slipped into her sleeping bag.

The next morning, Kagome acted like nothing happened. "Morning you guys." Kagome said, cheerfully. Rolling up her sleeping bag and putting it back in her now dark blue and smaller backpack. "About time you woke up, wench." Inuyasha said, frowning. Kagome frowned then smiled. "Let's go" Kagome said, walking ahead.

1 hour later, the group stopped to rest. "Lady Kagome, are you ok? You haven't spoken since this morning." Miroku commented. Kagome looked up from her book, and sent a blank look his way. "I'm fine. I'm going to take a bath." She answered, grabbing her backpack and heading towards the hot springs.

Sitting down in the hot springs, Kagome sighed and closed her eyes. Opening her eyes, she washed and got out. Wrapping a fluffy white towel around her body, Kagome tensed. 'Someone is watching me.' She thought, searching. Finding the peeper, Kagome shot a blast of dark energy towards him. Dodging, the peeper stepped from the bushes. "I advise you to not do that again." He said, brushing some dirt off of him. Kagome's eyes widen. "Sesshoumaru, what are you doing here?" Kagome said, confused. "I came here to make a deal." Sesshoumaru said, his cold eyes sending shivers down Kagome's back. "Yes?" Kagome said, relaxing and bending down to pick up her clothes. "I've heard that you and my idiotic brother are searching for the sacred jewel shards. I will help gather them if you do something for me." He replied, watching her with a sharp eye. "And what would that be?" Kagome asked, going to a near by tree and changing. Coming out, she stood before him wearing a black tank top and black shorts.

"I will tell you when the time comes." He answered. "But to complete this task, you must learn how to fight." "I know how to fight." Kagome said, her eyes flashing. "Really?" "Yes, really." "Let's see." Sesshoumaru said, running at her with at top speed. Kagome whipped around ducked and swiped his legs from under him. "Why lord Sesshoumaru has fallen in battle, the world is coming to an end." Kagome said, mockingly. Sesshoumaru growled and attacked.

One hour later, both of them kneeled down, panting and gasping for air. "Very good, for a human." Sesshoumaru said, smirking at Kagome's frown. "A human? You must be mistaken, I am not a human. Yai Toiebs Yurahdi." Kagome shouted, the same mist circling her body. Finishing her transformation, Kagome stood in front of Sesshoumaru. "This is my true form. Now am I human?" Kagome said, smirking. Sesshoumaru looked away. Kagome smiled. 'Point one for Kagome, zip for lord pain in the butt.' Kagome thought, deforming. "You have a deal, Lord Sesshoumaru." Kagome said, smiling a smile.

Sesshoumaru ignored her. Kagome frowned. Bowing low, Kagome picked up her things and left.

Her ebony hair moved with the cool evening night wind. Her chocolate brown eyes shining with love and trust as he wrapped his arms around her. "I love you so much." She whispered, turning around in his arms. Smiling back, he brought her closer to him. "I love you more." He whispered, claiming her lips. "Kagome." "Sesshoumaru."

Sesshoumaru sat up panting, and clutching his sheets. He growled and got up. Walking to his balcony, he looked up at the star filled sky. 'Why is that Miko demon Kagome clouding my dreams? I think it's time to visit Inuyasha's wench." He whispered, flying to the Inu gang's campsite.

Kagome sat up, panting. Glancing around, she noticed no one was awake. Standing up, Kagome ran to the nearest clearing and sat down. 'It felt so real, so, so, so right.' Kagome thought, looking up. Standing up, Kagome turned around, only to gasp at the demon in front of her. "Sesshoumaru, what are you doing here?" She asked, stepping back. "I could ask you the same question." He responded, smirking.

Giving him a look, she turned to go. Grabbing her shoulder, he frowned at his actions and turned her around. Looking deep into her eyes, he.....
