Panther Talisman

~Panther Talisman~

-Naraku's castle- (Kagura's pov.)

As I patrolled Naraku's castle I came across his quarters. Inside was an alter where two talismans were placed. The first one I was familiar with, its design was a hand with marks of the wind around it. This I knew was the item that cursed a monk's family and would one day bring them to an early death.

The second one I was never told about. The design was a sleeping panther inside a circle. 'Well the only way I'll find out is if I ask Naraku as much as it pains me' I thought as set off down the twisting halls towards the tea room where Naraku mostly was during the day. I soon found him just like I thought sitting at the table probably plotting another 'game' as he would call it.

"Naraku." I said dully as I stood in the doorway

"What is it that you want Kagura?" Naraku snapped from being pulled from his thoughts

"I wanted to ask you a question" I said sitting down in front of him across the tea table

"Well spit it out alread." Naraku demanded getting impatient

'Touchy touchy' "The panther talisman on the alter what is it?" I asked boredly as I flipped my fan.

"Just a simple curse as I call it. It was created when I went to go destroy a panther village that was growing too powerful. And the reason for that is what the village called the chosen family. It was a long line of panther demons that were granted with great power. They were my main target but I wiped out a couple of villagers for fun. When I arrived the two were already waiting for me. I started with the male and took him down easily. When he knew he was done for he yelled to his wife to safe their child so after finishing him off I followed her to the back of the house were I killed her and found the child. Thinking that its power might come to use later I sealed its powers and put her further in time were it would be easy to bring her back. But the child has found a way back and is now traveling with Inuyasha." Naraku told

"Wait she travels with Inuyasha is it that miko girl?" I said out loud

"Yes good assumption." Naraku said

"When will the curse be lifted?" I asked snapping my fan shut

"Very soon, it will get me a chance to mess with Inuyasha's head." Naraku laughed at the thought.

Yep I'm starting on it again since nobody's reading my other story. This chapter I just wanted to do some editing!

I want to give a shout out to my friend's story The Mute! It's a good one and very original you should give it a shot.

Oh and my other story I'm really enjoying right now is Bound Meets The Bands. Its mostly going to be a comedy (yippee) and there are going to be a lot of pairings!
