Kagome ran from the camp, tears streaming down her face, where Inuyasha was cuddled up to Kikyo. The undead miko had joined the group a couple of weeks ago and Kagome had finally broken down.

Muttering that she was going to find some water, she ran.

A white blur followed her in the tree tops.

Golden eyes that where as cold as ice kept her in sight as the person lept from tree to tree.
