I just binged these 12 chapters and realized at the end that this wasn't an old abandoned fic! So here I am, giving thanks. You've got me on pins and needles here. I need the show down... and a smack down for sessmom, might I add.

Seriously though, I love how you're writing Sesshomaru. It's easy for a writer to leave him as a blank slate, but you're letting him wrestle with himself. I'd love to see some more of his struggle of fear of disappointing his mom (or possibly loyalty to his clan) while remaining true to himself. He's not a pushover so I imagine the struggle is intense and full of resentment for his mom. His resentment coinciding with his respect for his parentage must be extremely strong for him to give Kagome up.

I love and hate this story. So good but as the kagome in the relastionship and having a partner who was like sess and give me up for what their thoughts of what my happiness should be sucks. This story hits home in the best worse way possible. 

So in love with this story wanting happy ending I didnt get. I so invisted in really emotion struggles you bring to them.

You have a very interesting story here. I'm enjoying the angst between Sesshomaru and Kagome and the added newcomer, Haruki. Haruki seems charming but I have alert bells going off about him and possibly some ulterior motives happening in that quarter.  

I might suggest that you find a beta reader to help you with editing your story. I'm not sure if English is your first language or if you are relying on a computer based editor for spelling and grammar. There are quite a few spelling and grammar errors. Also words missing in sentences. You have a good story going. It would be even better if the grammar was tidied up. Keep in writing.
