Very interesting story, very dark. Can't wait to see what Kagome does with the jewel. It would be ironic if she wished something selfish on the jewel out of her hatred for Sesshomaru like...removing the collar or wishing the prophecy didn't exist, or that she were back home in the future. Wouldn't her pent up powers still react to things in her body, like her demonic son?
I think you put enough of the battle in. I wouldn't even be thinking about it if you hadn't added the A/N at the beginning. Oh, Inuyasha is going to get his. I'm half angry, half pitying him. He was an idiot to choose Kikyo.
Sesshoumaru sure is a cold son of a bitch. And I thought I'd known selfish people! He's raised that I-Me-My thing to an artform. I love how you get me all involved with the characters and all riled up! But I did find some technical things. You DO know that I can't help myself, right? LOL.And commas are your friends!
Sesshoumaru stood staring out over the field ?as? the bloodiest battle he’d ever taken part in had commenced.
As planned, he had laid in wait hidden in the forest
He’d listened to the shouts and clashing of metal
the real Naraku said as he materialized in his babboon pelt
Now that she no longer had a connection to Kagome and couldn’t siphon off the girl’s powers, she knew she couldn’t defeat Naraku on her own.
“It has always been about you and [I] me (I hear my father's voice correcting me in my use of I when it should be me.)
but as Kikyo was no longer connected to Kagome, and her heart was certainly not pure, she had not purified it completely.
No, Kikyo, you will not have the Shikon.
She aimed at his back and watched as , just before it hit , Sesshoumaru
He’d demanded the jewel be returned to [he] him and his mate as he shouted obscenities.
Sesshoumaru had finally put his fist through his brother’s stomach again and warned [he] him and [warned] Kikyo
Each knew they had died, of course, and their loyalty
“The Wind Sorceress, my lord.”
As his men returned to surround him, ?knowing? the body had been found,
I will….but, as I said, for a price.”
we did not know you were capable of wielding it like this and, therefore, did not think to make it part of our bargain
“How do you know we won’t just band against you
Band against me if you like.
“I would rather ?have? my men than a scrap of land... Elipses are 3 dots.
I wish I could have her body lying here in wait on my futon

Oh my! I see more rape in the future. How will Inuyasha react after he sees what Kagome became because of him and how she loaths it. Will Miroku and Sango intervene? Will they try to rescue her? I can't wait to read the next chapter!!
I'm not too fond of battle scenes unless they are necessary for the story, so if you skip the battle with Naraku in the near future I really won't mind. And I agree with you in that it doesn't affect the story, it really is not necessary.
I hate Kagome is suffering so much, and I gues she will go to worse humiliation when her friends show up, but I'm sticking to it in hope to see their relationship mending in the future, no matter how long it takes. I think Sesshomaru needs to suffer just as much to value what he has now (I'm not saying Inuyasha should rape Sesshomaru, that would be for another site, he, he). Maybe if Kagome escapes to the future, Sesshomaru will have time to see things differently.

You know even though I've switched over to the potterverse's granger/snape ship for now I still find myself reading this. When I make the switch between the two I normally focus soly on either hg/ss or sess/kag. So all I can say is:
Good job!
This story is well written...... I do however, find it like a train wreck I can't seem to look away from. The content upsets me greatly, and yet I can't stop reading. I hope Kagome gets some sort of upper hand on Sesshoumaru soon. I think that's why I keep coming back for more. I'm still waiting for some sort of vindication for the wrongs done. A twinge of guilt at least.
Diane (Chapter 17) - Thu 03 Dec 2009
I like it but a swift kick to Sess's behind seems in order now & then. Just as an FYI when Naraku is taunting Kikyo about her lesser powers & she gets annoyed you have allowed instead of aloud as in audible.
Katrina (Chapter 1) - Thu 03 Dec 2009
Good chapter, and I hope that Kagome will somehow get away from him which I hope it will happen soon. And also somehow that the son will learn the truth of what it mother has gone though, even though I know that both of the parents will love both of there child but would really like to see in later chapters of the son reaction of somehow finding out the truth since you did say that the child would be very powerful.

What an incredible update! Thank goodness Naraku is dead, but I'm actually a little scared about what Kagura's plans are. She will never accept Kagome as Sesshoumaru's mate. Will Sesshoumaru sleep with Kagura too? If that's the case, I think that Kagome would welcome her company. I actually think that it was very nice for Sesshoumaru to raise the other lord's dead soldiers. Especially since these same soldiers will be used against him in the battle for the unclaimed lands. But besides that, I just really, really hope that Inuyasha gets crushed when he sees Kagome again. I know that he will never be able to be hurt as much as Kagome has, but I really, really want him to feel pain. ( I know, I say this in every review I give you.) Can't wait for more!

I always think that I am going to hit the next button and read another chapter. This is torment! I love this story so much, keep updating please!

I'm stunned! Go Kagome! I like what she said and how she said it, in Chapter 13.
headalphafemale (Chapter 12) - Wed 02 Dec 2009
I don't like the strong sexual violence in the story. Though I would understand him forcing her, grabbing hair, scratching, biting, or even threatening her for control. I do like the way the story shows two beings from different worlds together. They don't understand because they were raised by different ways of thinking and acting to situations. He can't see how brutal he appears to Kagome, he feels, he is being easy on her and offering luxury. Kagome because of her pain and torment can't see the goodness that is actually there in Sesshomaru and realize all he really is asking for is her co-operation, so he can achieve his important Alpha goal, but it requires her to give away her personal self. Sesshomaru is so into his gain and goal, he refuses to realize that she must sacrifice her all for him to have it. He tells her with one side of his mouth how important she is, and then with the other side of his mouth he speaks and treats her like she's worth nothing. No wonder the poor girl is confused! Sesshomaru also doesn't understand himself and what he is feeling. Probably because he never felt it before. He can't face his own desires either. This is a fractured relationship and sad they miss out on what could be. One more thing I don't like, I don't think Sesshomaru would lie or use dishonorable schemes. That is more like Naruku. I am not looking forward to reading Sesshomaru suffering torture, even for revenge. But reading about this fractured relationship recovering would be a good ending. Hopefully with alot of chapters, since that's what was put into the violent side of this story and since you write a story well.

I just have to say.. you. are. amazing.!!!!!!!!! haha I'm just bewildered at how well you portray Kagome and hwo she would be. Not to mention in the end w/Sesshoumaru just tipped it off for me. I love how he's realizing how important Kagome really is to him. This story goes so well w/how the Anime is. Oh! Speaking of, in the anime you can tell that Kagura is infatuated w/Sesshoumaru from that one private meeting she has w/him when she asks for his help in killing off Naraku and here I was so amazed you would mention that. When you put her into the the chapter as she came down and did her entrance it was like, "Oh m man.. I wonder if she's going to mention something about Kagura's feeling for Sesshoumaru after this is over with." and there it was! I was like, "Wow! Alright!!!!" You're just that good c; Also, I'd wondered how Kagome would escape. After the last chapter, you know, I'd thought that Kenji would be the one that would help her escape and Kaede never entered my mind! It was like an enlightnment moment for me and how, again, ingenious the idea was and how well it fit into the story! Ano, this chapter was uber awesome and please update soon ^-^
♥Aoi-Kaji
So how many chappies will it take for Sesshou to figure out that his poor treatment of Kagome was a very bad idea? How long will it take for Kagome to get her collar off and escape into the future? And what will Miroku and Sango and Kaede think of Kagome's situation? Will they ever be able to forgive him for abandoning her? Keep up the good work and update soon :P
Uh oh (Chapter 16) - Sat 28 Nov 2009
Sesshoumaru is crazy, i'm scared for kagome.
stars (Chapter 16) - Sat 28 Nov 2009
please updata
Amazing story, I have spent the better part of the day reading all of the chapters present. I'm interested to see where you will take this and how Kagome and Sesshomaru will learn to deal with eachother despite their start and the situation. Also Kagura needs to dash her hopes right now, Sesshy already has a little lady at home ^_6
I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I can't help myself!
(and more importantly freed her from Naraku) I think you meant to use free here.
Inuyasha’s ears pinned back as he watched his friends walk away from him and not let back. look?
I am so glad that Kagome isn't going to try to escape before Sesshoumaru comes back. I was worried that she wouldn't use her good sense. Which, when you consider it, is pretty good writing, because SHE ISN"T A REAL PERSON!!! And you've got me so emotionally involved in her fate that I worry about her! And I'm looking forward to Inuyasha getting his! He deserves to feel like a little piece of crap! I hope that Kikyo gets hers, too!
I wasn't sure I wanted to read this at first, because of the brutality against Kagome, but now I know that if you posted the whole story, I wouldn't put it down until I finished it, and then I would (and probably will) beg you for more! This is such a good tale, I do a happy dance everytime you post a chapter!
iekeysa (Chapter 16) - Thu 26 Nov 2009
