This story was great and had a wonderful ending.
I think you've portrayed an alpha female inu fending for her pack rather well! It's... odd that Kagome has picked it all up so quickly, but then it doesn't hinder the story at all... in fact I like it!! A lot of fics make her seem so ditzy and almost useless but this proves she is smart and reliable. :D Cannot wait for more to see what the curse actually is, and Sesshomaru's reaction! :P

And from what I have seen alpha females are very protective of their pack but also quick to put them in their place: i.e. growling and biting when they dont approve :D
