I am not sure Sesshomaru really has to do anything else.....I think Kagome would see this as a bitter betrayl by her sister. And really, Kikyo is in the wrong. She knew bandits were coming to the village and she abandoned her place as its protector to get stressed relieved? Why didn't she call for Inuyasha to assist her in defending the village? Why didn't she try to convine Kagome and her grandmother to be somewhere safe and then go off? Why didn't she meet the bandits head on or ask for aid in nearby villages?

Also, I agree with Sesshomaru. Kikyo is being a hypocrite. She's in love with  hanyo and Kagome is in love wtih a youkai. Instead of trusting her sister and trying to get to know Sesshomaru, Kikyo is trying to kill the one being that not only saved Kagome but one that she loves. If Kikyo is so hell bent on protecting Kagome from the Inugami, why didn't Kikyo let Inuyasha tell Kagome about his horrible upbringing? Or why not just bide her time and try to sabotage the relationship like Sesshomaru is doing?

But killing is so final. To attempt to kill Sesshomaru, regardless if she feels that he's a threat to Kagome, is wrong. She should trust and talk to Kagome first. I am not sure if Kagome can forgive and forget this betrayl. Not to mention, Kagome still has not confronted her sister on seeing why Kikyo had lied about where she was.

Yeah! Amazing update! Ugly truths thrust back in her face didn't sit well with Kikyo did it? Can't wait for the next chapter. Kagome to the rescue?!

I loved this chapter and I'm dying to find out what happens next.

What I really liked is how you made kikyo see her hypocrisy for what it is.

Well isn't this cozy. Riiiight. I was glad to see that Kagome is standing up to her sister and letting her know how she has changed. Great chapter. I look forward to the next chapter with anticipation.

These last three chapters were amazing. Kagome's abduction, the battle, her descent into darkness and her recovery. Not to mention a very hot bathing scene. I am so enjoying this wonderful story. 

Oh wow, great chapter! Poor Kags, she is in a tough spot. I'm reading on my Kindle (cause I can increase the font size) but for some reason I have to use my iPhone to review. The area for the review will not allow me to type in it. Maybe I ought to let the administrators know. 

Really good chapter. I liked your note and appreciate your thoughts. I don't understand some readers need for a violent lemon. Yours are well written just as they are. Loved the trip to the spirit world. I like how you have woven different layers of this world to keep us wanting more.

Hm so he marked her to let everyone know they are lovers - but why didn't he mark her as his mate?
Was it because she's human or is it because he wanted to give her the choice after meeting her sister again?

Wonder how Kagome will react once Inuyasha tells her how Sesshomaru treated him just because he was hanyo.
On the other hand, what if Kikyo demands Kagome to leave Sesshomaru's side - how will both of  them react?
