I e honestly always hated the whole reincarnation stuff, makes it seem like she's not her own woman. That being said, I do love this story and where you've taken it thus far :)

*gasp* This chapter was absolutely beautiful! The amazing imagery and how Sesshomaru's not-so-actions are unveiled... It's all so...for lack of a better word, GOOD!! Oh so history is replaying itself!! So interesting!! I'm kinda hoping Toga will get to be with her before Sesshomaru snatches her away 

Wow! Once again you never ceased to amaze  me. Touga also joining the fray for Kagome is definitely out of my expectations. Though it is quite understandable that he would want her,  it would still be no better than the Kikyo debacle in canon. I also don't want Inuyasha near her EVER. It' wrong but Go Sess!  I'm with you all the way!!!! At least, while he got enamoured with the mother, his possessiveness is entirely different to me at least if Sess would go so far to kill for jealousy. He never did it directly in Takara's case. Also I am right that Takara really did love and chose Sess  and I believe that had she loved Touga enough as she claimed to herself then even her impending marriage wouldn't really stop her as is the case of a couple who caught their fiance/e's in other people's arms a day before the wedding and drop it off. She just made it an excuse not to answer him because he will always remind her of a love she lost, like Inu who still can't give up both Kagome and Kikyo in canon. 

Then I just saw a hint on how the necklace will affect Kagome. She suddenly craved a man's touch and poor Touga became the outlet. Talk about awkward and nauseating(IY) situation.

Oh my gosh! The plot twists! Definitely the rarely made example where the head forces the heart to submit to it's will. Though Sesshoumaru doesn't see it that way anymore since that basically caused his ruin faster. Yet Takara definitely did love him otherwise she would have accepted Touga's suit which she did not. So since she became his mate and was sealed then he either "collects" his conjugal rights or her life with the latter chosen as stated in earlier chapters. Oh well, maybe that necklace strengthen Sess's claim even with Touga's powers because the former is really yhe stronger pf the two. Now looking forward to your dark lemony gpodness. I can't wait. You did say it's not for yhe faint of heart.

But what I don't understand is why Sesshomaru believed Takara to have betrayed him couldn't he sense how desperate she was to try to protect him?? When she was about to die she wanted to admit whom her choice was and she attempted to save him when his father cursed him. Though I wonder now how Sesshomaru will come to care for Kagome since she is the offspring of Takara and he vowed vengeance. Will he also realize how foolish his desire for revenge is?

And here we see the extent between the differences of the brothers. It's definitely the way each of them made her feel that sets both apart. As I said  in my earlier review that Touga love her and Sesshoumaru obsessed with her, their obvious treatment made her see exactly her standing to both. She knows that one brother genuinely love her while the other gives off the vibe of a master to his slave and it's obvious that while her mind spoke her attraction to him, the heart chose another and thus is the more likely to be chosen. We do know the heart overrodes the mind concerning emotions. So she would really choose Touga as what jer heart desires. Besides, Sess leveled up his claim by marking her as possession through that "gift" which, I reckon, will play a role in Kagome's life  on Sesshoumaru's hands. Oh well, looking forward to you shocking me.
