Trying to locate a songfic I read on A.S.S. quite some time ago to see if it was ever completed and to read it again. I can't remember the title or author but I know it was done to the song Stranger by Hilary Duffy. I think it was written at the same time that the song came out.

Umm, from what I can remember Sesshoumaru leaves off for work earlier and maybe speeds off in his car, or just isn’t there when Kagome wakes up. Kagome is left in bed extremely confused and distraught and I think she spends her day in bed crying. Then I think that night or the next morning when Sesshoumaru is taking a shower, Kagome hears his cell phone going off and more or less figures out he is cheating on her. Apparently you get the impression that things have been like this for awhile. There is little communication between Sess and Kag and if there is any Sess is very cold toward Kag from what I can recall. The exact details are a little vague now but there was some scene of them sort of unintentionally meeting up in the kitchen and Sesshoumaru was maybe already in there drinking coffee. I think Kagome tries to get a coffee mug and Sesshoumaru is blocking the cabinet or something like that and I think is being a complete jerk about moving. The scene was written very well and the reader couldn’t help but sympathize with Kagome and her horrible predicament. Then I think he storms off again.

Ah! It was an extremely emotionally captivating fic and I want to read it again so badly. I also recommend it to all... as soon as I can find it... granted it’s still posted somewhere. Please leave a comment if you know what fic I am talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wow do I feel pathetic. I spent a good hour or so searching for that fanfic. Swore I searched for the title "Stranger" on A.S.S... even googled it and didn't find it. Just figured it had to have been under a different name and made this thread hoping someone would help. Ha! I feel sooo dumb. Thank you very much for finding it for me! I would have never found it... obviously! Hehee. Yay, this made my day!!! It's going to be a good night after all.
