I can't remember the author's name but I believe the title was In Death, Trust Me as You Didn't in Life. Was it taken down? Renamed or something? That is a really great fic.

The author you're looking for is Kanna37. A couple of months ago, someone reached out to her and found out that she's dealing with some health issues. She mentioned wanting to keep her stories in one central location and said she’s moving them all to AO3. The story is called 'In Death, Trust Me, as You Didn't in Life.

I just checked AO3 and it's not there. I guess it's gone unless she posts it again. It was a really fun read.
