Hello,
A friend of mine, who signed up or tried to sign up, is having an issue. She said, " I’ve tried creating an account but it told me to validate it when it said it’ll send me an email

However I haven’t gotten a l email of the link to validate my account, I even check my spam

What’s wrong?"

Is this a bug or something? Has anyone ever heard of this issue from new users before?
