Yeah, that's usually how it's done. I'm not exactly a novice. I just didn't have time to actively participate in NaNoWriMo last year. I've been writing since I was fourteen and have won several school related contest, I just never tried to really keep up with my stories online. Most of them I get tired of, or just see all the plot holes and stop. A renewed sense of accomplishment has kept me going now that I have a clear goal in my education though.

Ah, not gotten any awards. I've gotten a couple flash fiction published in local mags. I've been writing on and off since I was fifteen, so that's just over seven years. Most of it just left in a binder and never touched again.
