This is a scene from Texan Lady's "The Breeder." I missed something that I just now realized, that Kagome was supposed to be wearing an obi with Sesshoumaru's symbol on it instead of the way I did it, a missread the first time around sorry about that.
Kagome looked up into his eyes and stared at him with an icy glare that would have impressed even Sesshoumaru. For long tense moments everyone in the room watched them face off as Inuyasha slowly lowered his sword so it touched the floor. Finally, Kagome let her hand fly. It connected with Inuyasha’s cheek and the resounding slap shocked everyone. The room was so quiet that the noise of the strike reverberated endlessly. “Too little too late, Inuyasha! That’s what Tetseiga realizes!”
