Sesshomaru has a curse given to him by a spiteful witch, where he will die because he is a cold hearted person, so he will freeze to death if he doesn't give into his passions. Kagome is there and out of the kindness of her heart decides to help him by giving him herself. This is a chapter where Kagome is telling him she's doing it because she cares what happens to him.
