I’m certainly not happy with Izayoi wishing anything bad on her pup….
BUT
We should not forget that she had to watch extreme violence when she was but an innocent little child ….promising her first child to an insane youkai who killed her mother and cousin right before her eyes….sacrificing her virginity for her own and her mothers life!

We do not know since when she had to endure Tougas attention until she finally got pregnant… Touga may be caring, but it still is abuse if one party does not wish to have intercourse…

Izayoi surely feels completely helpless and stigmatized… laying with a youkai (even if she did not wish for it), bearing a hanyou as the result of this constant sexual abuse (Touga himself wanted kagome killed when he first layed eyes on “it”, why should anybody else welcome a hanyou)…and having to bear the presence of more than crazy Kogane ;D

Plus she will lose her pup right after its birth…so why should she try to form a connection to it if she would just get hurt because she will never be allowed to be its mother?

I’m sure one reason she talks like this is to simply spite Kogane…she cannot hurt her any other way….maybe Izayoi does fell something for her pup and she simply does not want to show Kogane any vulnerability…I ’m not sure but we should judge her so fast…

…even if she has no feelings at all for her pup as of yet, the circumstances she has to endure does matter to me….

….she has noone who stands by her side,who supports her or to encourage her to love this pup…because one thing seems sure …THIS PUP IS THE PROPERTY OF KOGANE…
..she has no way to look at her pups cute face, or fluffy ears and to see herself in it
…as they have no ultrasound yet XD XD XD XD

so we should give her the time to develop motherly feelings for her pup once it’s born… I’m sure she cannot resist little Inuyasha either…. :3
And if she cannot bear to look upon the pup because of the resemblance to her abuser i could understand her...i would not be happy...but i could understand her feelings...

...just imagine one of your loved ones had to make such a decision/ endure somehting like that at such a tender age...

...and don't forget...what is gonna happen once Kogane realizes she does not get her daughter...try to kill Inuyasha...force Izayoi to bear her another pup...quite possible
btw i'm not so sure kagome will be thrilled right away to take care of Inuyasha...as Sesshoumaru said, she hates being a hanyou...maybe Inuyasha will help her in this aspect...by loving him she might start loving herself and allow others to love her (yay Sesshou...shower her with loveeeeee) XD

I guess Kagome is going to end up being the one taking care of Inuyasha. Izayoi already doesn't want him and Kagone is going to blow a gasket because he's male. I understand Izayoi's position even though I'm not a fan, but I'm also starting to dislike Kagone. Not for the deal really but for the way she's handling everything, though I can understand how she can go a bit off after watching her daughter get killed in front of her eyes.
I'm just a bundle of mixed feelings here and it's all your fault! Thanks for keeping me so interested.
