Years had passed since the completion of the Shikon no Tanma; however, the memory of that dreadful day still lingered in her tormented mind...

"INUYASHA!" a high screech pierced throughout the forest leaving only a deafening silence...

"NO, this _cant _be _happening" came the strangled sob "He cannot die".

The black haired girl said as her blue pools of eyes watered... " it just cant, all that we had fought for". In her arms rested a silver-haired hanyou with a red torn haori, eyes closed and not breathing.

"Kukuku, poor fool, believing he stood a chance against me Ha, though I must admit...he did have a hell of a good taste in woman"

The girl suddenly stopped crying and lifted her head towards the offender, slowly she slid the hanyou from her grasp and stood up, bow in hand.

"I will make you pay for what you did to my friends, and for what you have done to me!" with great precision the girl released the arrow, however, evil has its ways, and with supernatural speed the evil hanyou did not only avoid the arrow but pinned her against a tree.

"Kukuku, Kikyo reincarnate, I daresay I love women who can put up a good fight" with that he started kissing/ ravaging her and pulled his whole weight atop of her body to pin and hold her indecently close.

Surprisingly to him the girl didn't complain nor moved, she just stood there motionless, as he ragged her clothes off.

Kagome couldn't think, she intended her last blow to be a finale but it wasn't.

She had touched bottom.

He could feel it, the power this girl possessed focusing, it aroused him, the feeling of such a strong yet gentle vigor in his hands, but the sudden focus of it all was not a good sing for him, he would have to deal with a little inconvenient.

The for the first time he saw her eyes, they were colorless, that thought scared him, he could see his fear reflected in the white of those orbs in that moment he resolved, he would take the girl later and make her bear her own fear.

And then, all hell broke loose.

A blue light exploded from inside the girl, blinding every youkai and ningen watching the fight. The vile creature could not get away as soon as he had calculated which resulted in him dropping the shards he possessed, he would have to come for them on another time Hours later she had awoken and learned of Naraku´s escape as well of her love's death.

She had cried, and had calm, and had putted all the pieces of the Shikon together knowing what was going to be her wish upon the Jewel.

Yes, she was very stubborn. Even when the Spirits inside the Jewel had told her that after the wish was done she could not go back to her own time, she had her mind resolved, she wanted him to live.

Though he was also as stubborn and had resolved to go to hell with kikyo, "it was something he owed her" he had said.

And he did go to hell with her.

But he had told me he loved me, (which was a concept completely out of order since he was going o hell and renouncing to the life he could had have by my side.)

But oh well, that was a long time ago and now ,the present in which I live is a very different one, in this present I hate him, for leaving me and for turning my hearth as cold as ice.
