As always, I loved it. That of course goes without saying!

I think what I found so very enjoyable about this particular chapter was that there were a lot of intellectual twists in this one. I like when The Professor and Kagome start talking shop. It accurately expresses their dedication and passion for what they do. And in that, they sort of bond. It's also always neat seeing Kagome LEARNING from Sesshomaru - its intimate and yet kinda formal too. Its hard to explain - but I suppose that because she gets the best lessons when they are alone and in reflection, that it leans to the intimacy, even though they are still being formally professional.... MOST of the time anyways! ;) lol

Another aspect that I loved was the interactions between Sango and Kagome. I thought this chapter brought up some really important issues that Kagome was going through and feeling. Sango's support is so instrumental to Kagome, and I love seeing that bond of unbreakable friendship between them. It also shows another side of Sango that you've alluded to already - that she has this very insightful side to her.

I'm so curious to see more of the details between Lyka and Nah Rah Ku. It seems there is probably a lot more to that story! I wonder how discovering it, will effect Kagome. But Kagome made a good point in this - her feelings towards Nah Rah Ku are different because he was always open with her about what he was, and never pretended to be something he wasn't. In that respect she is different to Naraku than any of his other victims, so I wonder WHY she is defferent to him? Is it as simple as different times call for different methods? Or is there more to it, like the evolving feelings of possessiveness he's developing towards her?

You are hinting at feelings, motives, emotions, as we go so that makes the evolution of their relationship (ALL the characters) among one another very believable, in spite of a non canon universe where anything goes. HARD to do, but you've really pulled it off. I dont feel like anyone is OOC even though everyone has their own Freya twist, and I think thats because you've taken your time to build their relationships and personalities.

At the SAME time, although you've taken your time with their evolution, I dont feel like their relationship progression OR the plot is dragging on. I feel like its moving at a good pace, and each cha[ter has something in it was either really moves me, or makes me think.

I can't wait for more! :)

Hey. First of all love the story! Second, I'm actually from Buffalo. I was caught so offguard when I was perusing your AN and saw the B-Lo mentioned. lol. And yes, Buffalo wings came from here. There is some story about a bunch of bar goers being trapt inside of a bar during a bad storm with nothing to eat so they fried up some wings, unitl then thought to be an unedible part of the chicken. So . . .yeah.

Dun Dun Dunnn! What's going to happen in the next episode of Stealing Heaven? Will Doc Hern give Kagome the proper respect in lieu of her discovery, or will he continue to think of her as a 'whipper snapper' messing up his lawn? Will Kagome figure out what was going on with Lyka? Are Kagome and The Thief/Sesshomaru/The Professor gonna get it on, in some way, again? (We can only hope!) I know I'll be tuning for the next installment. Thank you Freya for this wonderful work of art and I hope you continue to write!

Second time in two days I've read this thing in its entirety and I'll be damned if it doesn't keep getting better and better.

I LOVE the Thief, though I've always had a thing for dark- what are their exact motives characters.

And Kagome is just great- and Sesshoumaru- love.

I feel like I'm reading something new and fresh here- something that I haven't experienced in a LONG time with this fandom and it's so exciting- just loving the experience.

Absolutely can't wait for more and see what else you have in store!

This story is amazing; I love it. It's probably one of my utmost favorite fanfictions of Sess and Kags on this site to this day. It's been on my mind constantly since I started reading it just recently. The plot just gets me buzzing with excitment and checking for updates nearly every day despite the fact that it's updated only once a week. I love how you characterized everyone and I can't wait to see how the Professor will continue to act around Kagome and all the things she'll notice now that she has it in her mind that he's, ahem, attracted to her. Ohh! And I love how NahRahKu is protrayed. I love all your characters and I love this story! How many times have I mentioned love now? Well, just one more then.. I absolutely love this story!! I'm estatic to read your next update! Hoping it's extra long!~ (Even if it's not, I'll read it with fevor because I LOVE this story. Period.)

I'm amazed- a story that is intriguing with a good dose of smexiness~!!!  I can't help but feel bad for Sesshoumaru- poor poor man, being used in so many different ways and always coming back to reality super confused...!  I love those scenes ^-^  I would write a much more coherent review, but seeing how its ridiculously early in the morning, you'll have to settle for "I think this story is amazing and you, as the writer, is AWESOME SAUCE."  I'll write a better one later, but in the mean time, I look forward to your next chapter~!!!  (Chapter 12 was hot btw.  Super hot.  Loved it.)  

Let me just say that I've just recently became a Sesshoumaru and Kagome fan. I was told to check this site out and I've come to love fanfictions with these two as the main star. Too bad, in the anime such things aren't possible but with reading all these fictions involving the two, I've come to believe otherwise. I've mixed the two world together and in my world, Sesshoumaru and Kagome are a pair no matter which world they are in, the ANIME or FANFICTIONS. So yes I am addicted and now I am most definitely addicted to your fiction.

I wait anxiously for your update every week and pray that maybe you'll give us a treat and update twice a week but that hasn't happen, yet. LOL! I am still praying, though. I guess every good story takes time and indeed, yours, is one heck of a story.

You keep your characters in characters and I can really say I've not yet believe them to be someone else totally. To stay in characters is quite hard to do and for you to succeed successfully makes you a great writer. Somehow, in the anime, it was much more easier to read Kagome than Sesshoumaru, but yet I still understand him. In your story, your main focus was in Kagome's POV and you leave me wondering what Sesshoumaru is thinking. This is the same feeling I had when I was watching the anime. They are in a totally different universe but they are one and the same. I can still understand him with your little hints in his actions and brief words but it is enough to satisfy me and convince me that Sesshoumaru has not changed.

Your plot is quite interesting and I've not yet read a story in such a way that has got me so hooked. It is original and all in itself, in it's own category, "DELICIOUS."

Thank you, becauses of your creative ideas and descriptive writing; you were able to introduce us readers, this terrific fanfiction that has captivated me and I believe, many others as well. You have brought on another anticipation into my daily routine in life, LOL! AND I hope you continue doing so.

Yay I can finally review.... I've been reading this on limited internet on my phone so I'm glad I can finally tell you how much I am in love with this story. :D Despite its fantastical setting it seems fairly realistic. Great job and please continue writing.

I'm glad to hear that Miroku isn't a complete dillhole *^_^*  and things seem to be churning between Kagome and Sesshoumaru (w/out Naraku's influence)...very interesting  X3

that ending was so unexpectedly (and pleasantly) touching. There has been so many confused and changing feelings, that this seemed like a nice reprieve for the characters. A basically simple few moments set in their reflection. Wish I had a window into the professors thoughts though! I wonder just how much of that last event Nah Rah Ku shared with Sesshomaru, if any at all. And I'm curious as to how Kagome is going to get rid of Lyka, or if she's going to try and communicate with her like she had considered in this chapter. Looking forward to more, as always my sweet!

oh how i love it when you update. You're story reminds me of everything I love about Kag/Sess. The little things that matter between them and all the problems they share and toil through together only to become stronger in the end. I so adore your work and can't wait for more.
