So upset this story was abandoned, even after stating it wouldn’t be! This is a really strong fic and I wish it was kept going.

hey there! you have quite a fine story here. it's really well-written and conveys emotion in a unique and realistic way. it feels like i am reading a play. i could just imagine them on a stage and everything. xD hope you come back and update. would really love to know Kagome's reaction and the events thereafter! also hope everything is going well fer you irl. i know just how stressful it can get. :)

Good fic, but it feels a little contrived with some characters stuck in stereotype roles.  Kagome is still herself, but more like the girlfriend who gets abandoned by the bad boyfriend, being a selfish and careless Inuyasha.  Her friends are still wonderfully supportive, although Shippo becomes the kid-brother because Kagome has matured after having a baby - Kazue.  The pup is cute and Kagome's attachment to her is wonderful.  That's not an issue, it's the circumstances surrounding Kazue's conception and Sesshoumaru's lack of smarts in relation to his dragoness mate. 

I've read the fic, chapter by chapter, but I couldn't buy Sesshoumaru involving himself with a female youkai that was not only selfish, but more self-absorbed than him.  He comes across as very naive for a guy that's so old nad powerful, which fits the story and his pup's birth, but confuses me as to why he'd have chosen such a terrible mother for his child and heir.  She abandoned the baby, which almost dies due to starvation.  So he has a convenient problem with which Kagome can help him, since she has Kazue, a recent newborn.

Yeah, the situation feels too contrived for me.

It's too easy a thing to happen, especially with Inuyasha acting like a selfish jerk as he leaves Kagome, and doesn't bat an eyelid when she might bleed to death, after birthing their pup (although it reads in the fic more like a miscarriage than Kagome being in labour).

For me Inuyasha is too OOC, as is Sesshoumaru.

They're more out of character than is believable since Inuyasha in the Final Act is so desperate to get back in contact with Kagome again, also the age thing, as staged in the fic makes Kagome older than like 15-16 when she has Kazue. 

It's not a huge leap of faith for the change in age.  I can accept that, it's just not the weird attitudes/actions of the males cast.

If Naraku is still a danger, for example, with an incomplete Shikon still corrupting youkai then I doubt Sesshoumaru would have endangered a baby, aka his own heir, by seeking to conceive one.  The timing is off.  It's plausible, yes, but with Naraku running around it makes the stability of his kingdom uncertain.  It would be pointless if Naraku defeated him, or slaughtered everyone, or took over Japan.  His Heir, if he had one, in the middle of a War would be a prime target.

Plus his lands would likely be in open revolt too, making things more precarious.

It makes the fic's entire plot seem off to me.

Contrived for convience, which makes me not able to be convinced by the plotline. 

I think for me, the one thing that saves it, is Kagome.

She's spot-on in character regardless of the oddities of how she gets to be a mother.  I loved her saving her baby and helping Sesshoumaru too.  Although their interaction seemed really weird to me, when Sesshy was more concerned about a growing attraction to her rather than the welfare of his pup.  Also another contrived thing that seems OOC  to me.  I understand that the story is pinned on him coming together with Kagome, but there seems to be little to no basis for them to be together other than the pups.  Which I understand, but I haven't read anything about Sesshoumaru being tender for his pup, other than carrying him around looking for a wetnurse, which was more implied than shown in the storyline.  It's like the kid is a convenience than a real fatherly concern.

Like Sesshy says 'My Heir', but rarely does he say 'My son'.

I found myself skipping the chapters about the mother of Sesshy's pup.  She seemed uninteresting regardless of her importance.  If anything she reminds me of Cersei Lannister from GOT minus her brother Jaime, but more self-centered.  I didn't care for her fornications with that other youkai Lord or servant.  See, I can't remember his name, position, or title.  He seemed unimportant too.

Again, you have a good piece of writing, but with the plot oddities, OOCness of the boys, minor punctuation and grammar issues, I find myself unconvinced of some things.  Again the only solid piece I take away from this fic is the strong characterisation of Kagome as a mother-figure, the gentler side of Cersei Lannister that loves her children, underneath the snake of a cloak she wears.

Binge read this whole story in, like, two days. I love it, you do an excellent portrayal of Sesshomaru and I love love love the whole pack dynamic. Can't wait to read more :) 

Wonderful story , in two days I've read all and although I do not really like the idea of seeing Inuyasha being so vile despot , the story itself has caught me . Usually I do not like a story containing many characters OC but this does not bother me as you have characterized each beautifully.

I confess I love the babies , both as Kagome 's daughter 's baby Sessh give me such tenderness ... I 'm in love with them. And Kagome , beautiful , wonderful this woman with a heart of gold who is able to love both a couple of children who are not of the flesh, but in more than one occasion I wanted to beat her for their actions.

Regarding Kikyo , well, she does not like me and at first thought he wanted to hurt Kagome but seeing crave what he has lost and knowing that in no way will eventually return made ??me feel sorry and once again gave Kagome samples of his great kindness to allow you to have your baby .

Now if I Kazue talking about is not clear what happened to her. Is the spirit of the beast of his grandfather inside it? but it is so afraid I 'm 

confused .

I have other questions or concerns but leave it for later, hope to read soon the update because I really feel intrigued, and I want Sesshomaru and Yako destrozen that bitch of Maiyumi , he deserves it , look to hate this ball of hair so cute that ... death gave birth to that bitch .

I Love this story and I glad you updated, chapter 37 was captivating, sesshomaru certainly knows how to make clarification known. It is an admirable trait. I cant wait for the dragons of the north to perish, they dont have the mental facilities to run the north...lol MORE SESS/KAG moments, maybe bath time? rotfl.. update soon!!
