I don't understand something.  Why weren't they more forceful in some way in getting the shards from Kagome?  They so easily gave her up as part of the group that I would have imagined there being more of a confrontation. Please don't think I am second guessing your writing.  I know you always have a reason for how things go.

Nice. I like what's going on, that she's finally broken away from the group or from Inuyasha specifically.  I just wish there was some details about how his choice had been made.  Although I realize it might be a scene that we should know from the anime or manga and I just don't remember, or it could be a scene that you plan on showing later in a flashback or something.

oh and I can't believe Sango said that to her.  I can't believe that they honestly thought she would give up on the mission just because she had her heart broken.  Like it was a vacation for her and she could just end it whenever she got too hurt or tired or bored.  They clearly didn't know her as well as they thought they did or they would have known that she wouldn't have given up like that.  Or maybe they just thought that she couldn't do it on her own or that she wouldn't find someone else to help her.  I mean did it ever occur to them that she might decide to get Kouga to help her and start traveling with him and his wolves? -sigh-

This is good.  I like the plan they have going so far.  I think it might actually help if Inuyasha's demon blood takes over and nothing Kagome does could stop it.  That should help prove to her just how dangerous her situation around him is, especially if he was already angry with her before his demon blood took over and he didn't try to fight it.  And perhaps with Kouga hanging around more he can perhaps subtly point how the way Inuyasha treats her isn't right.  Show her somehow that it isnt right for Inuyasha to take his anger out on her instead of the male that was appreciating her.  That he's pretty much getting angry at her for existing since she isnt doing anything but standing there not saying anything most of the time or simply being polite.  Maybe some how let her know that Inuyasha has stated out right that he wants both her and Kikyou and that she shouldn't settle for that. -sigh- please update soon.=)

Interesting interesting.  I can't wait for more.  I imagine that when she leaves Inuyasha there will be Sesshomaru/Kagome scenes since we didnt really see the meetings between them that formed their friendship.  Please update again soon.=)
