aw dont make her preggy just yet! lets have sesshy be frustrated a bit at his...failure to get her preggy hahah! maybe she can still control her spiritual powers inside her body and it knows she doesnt want this so its purifying the seed?

or just make her have a hard time getting pregnant...lots of women out there are healthy but wind up having fertility problems.

i just want to see sesh not getting everything he wants and in this case....he cant force it mwuhahaha! make him suffer and pull his hair out.

Well, first off, this has the promise to be a good story. While I'm not a professional author, I hope you can accept some constructive criticism from someone who wants to enjoy your story even more.

Firstly, there is no backstory to Kagome or even to this version of Japan and demons. The story seems to start in the middle of an idea and just goes from there. Then as several other reviewers have noted, your chapters are choppy. There's no real flow and at parts where, like the one with Kouga and his (slight) backstory, it felt like you were just mentioning it because you had to, not because it was going to have any real meaning to this work of fiction leaving the story feeling a little flat rather than full bodied. You introduce characters without any guidance to the reader and you bring up points that the reader was never made aware of.

As for Kagome's personality, I hope she steps it up and can put Sesshomaru in his place a bit. Stories that are lopsided with one powerful character tend to not be so much of an interesting read-unless readers typically enjoy only reading one-side dominance stories. Sesshomaru is a pain in the behind. You established that *really* well. I don't know if you're going to try to balance out his character with any sort of moral compass, but I know for me to enjoy your story, he will need one soon. Or you can have Kagome embarass him and kick him where it hurts and he gains a bit of humility. I don't know. I always enjoy seeing the bully get his/her comeuppance.

And just a question, why didn't the remaining females simply sterilize themselves? If they fear for their lives so much, why not? At least, aren't mikos supposed to be a chaste population of society?

So that is my two cents. What you do with it is up to you...obviously. Thanks for writing and I look forward to seeing what more you have to add to this story.
