Month: May
Week 1
Word Prompt: Stigma – (n) A mark or token of infamy, disgrace, or reproach; a small mark or a scar such as a birthmark; any mark or characteristic indicative of a history of a disease or abnormality; any sign of a mental deficiency or emotional upset; a mark burned into the skin of a criminal or slave; a brand.
It's been a little over a year since I've first started this challenge. I've noticed that the number of participants seems to be dwindling. Well, RL can get in the way, so it's not surprising, I know. I was wondering if maybe I should end the challenge then. Would you like this challenge to continue? I know I've had a lot of fun making banners and tokens and reading entries. I hope you've had fun, too!

I know that I for one would be quite sad if you discontinued this challenge Stella. I mean, you've provided us with many other wonderful challenges, but I really enjoy the suspense of trying to guess the theme and how difficult some of the prompts are in this one. Plus, the tokens/banners are super pretty profile bling!
Of course, it's up to you, but I'll still try and submit some entries even though RL is a killer.

I didn't make an official post, but the theme was revealed along with the banner a week ago. I'm sorry, my bad, I should have made an individual post about that instead of editing the first post with the tokens. I had already awarded you with Karma when you PM'ed me the correct reply, but then I kinda forgot to make the post.  Do you need me to re-upload the banner for you if you just missed it?
I guess I'll have to make new banners/tokens for the next months then! I'm glad there's interest! Let's continue to have fun, yes?
And to rectify my blunder, April's theme was Youth!

Yeah, if you could post it somewhere, just long enough for me to grab it, that would be great. Not sure how I missed it. I usually watch the challenge forums like a hawk. I've been missing new posts so I think maybe it's not showing them to me as new.

So...my laptop died...and I lost all banners made and such 'cause I only backed up words and important things. I got a new puter, but I no longer have the templates I made for these banners. I will try and recreate them, but they might not be the same. In lieu of that, ignore the first token for this month. I'll make new ones in a few days.  |
