poor kags it would of been perfect if when kagome fell asleep sesshomaru kissed her forehead or something but it was perfect just the way it is. and im sure you can get the next chapter out soon i hope so, lolz.

I felt so bad for Kagome reliving those emotions.  I was so happy when Sess pulled her into his lap and she let him.  I also liked when she went to bed and he stayed with her.  I can't wait for the fluffy romantic juicy stuff to happen between them!

That line totally made the chapter for me, haha. I also love the titles of Inuyasha's made up songs ^^

AW! That's practically TWENTY MILLION points for Sesshoumaru! I love how he's such a sweetheart in this story, and he doesn't panic at the first sight of tears! I bow before your might writing abilities!

Forget personal responsibility and self-discipline, it's all your fault I stayed up until 2:30 am last night! Just cuz I hadn't read the last four chapters, I printed them all out and took them to bed to read untill I fell asleep. I forgot that NOBODY falls asleep reading any of your stories - and Dancing With Scissors is no exception! So I couldn't put it down and I couldn't go to sleep until I finished all four chapters. And then I fussed and fumed saying, "Is that all there is? Isn't there another chapter somewhere????" And we wouldn't be having this problem if YOU weren't such a good writer, creating such full, well-rounded characters immersed in reality, making your readers care about them as if they were real people and keeping your readers up until 2:30 am. Shame on you...are you going to post another chapter soon??? 0_0 Pleeeaaasssseee...

Best chapter EVER!!!  Just so freaking satisfying.  It left me feeling all warm and gooey inside.  Aww to the love and understanding and trust.  I adored it.  And I love patient Sesshomaru.  I love how attached he's come to be with Kagome.  You write everyone in your story so well, but I was delighted to read this chapter of just Him and Her.  Perfect. 

It''s wonderful that Sesshoumaru was able to help Kagome keep it together.  There was a good amount of history given.  I loved the closeness that they shared.  His joke was hilarious.  ^_^  I hope they get a chance to go out on a date soon.  Nice chapter.

YAY! Dang, poor Kagome. I would be freaked out too. I'm proud of Sesshoumaru. I hope some things start to heat up between them soon. This story is great, I love it.

Oh f*****g hell. Just when they are getting together, this s**t comes up. Arg! Sesshoumaru needs to keep her safe, and he needs to cuddle her while she flips out. If she rejects him, I'm going to end up screaming at my computer screen!

Okay.  I'm going to be spoiled with such a quick update...and will undoubtedly be expecting the next real soon.  LOL.  I kid, I kid.  I really do appreciate you updating so quickly though.  Each chapter seems to make me more anxious to know what's going to happen next.  I love this chapter, as I have them all, especially the interaction between Rin and her grandparents.  It's amazing the natural progression and growth everyone, including Sesshomaru, has taken.  I know I'm gonna to be sad to see Kagome go through a hard time with the realization that her attacker is now free to roam the streets.  But I'm also inticipating the marvelous writing and drama you'll bring.  Thanks again for such a wonderful story and amazing writing skills.  It seems like all my favorite authors update around the same time.  lololol.   Are you all on the same schedule or something???  :-P

It may be boring to write, but I really love your story!!

You really did a good job in portraying them, a bit out of character compared to the original, but equally charming. I like how Sesshomaru and Kagome keep on tiptoeing towards each other and I really appreciate the reality you put into the story: endless love at first sight doesn't exist in real life, while a day-by-day building relationship like the one you're describing feels more authenthic.

Can't wait to read next chapter!

Wow, wow, wow!  Your writing is one of the best styles I've ever seen on a fanfiction site, and your stories just keep me coming back for more.  I was a little sad that Dancing with Scissors hadn't been updated in awhile, but I understand the need to deal with real life.  My patience was rewarded, as the last update was fully developed, with just the right amount of romance/romantic tension and realistic dialogue and situations.  Your stories just make me happy - that's all there is to it.  I hope you keep writing your fantastic stories; when you choose to post new chapters, I will be eagerly waiting to read them.

PS:  Barbies and Bratz are both evil.  I remember my friend's daughters taking a bath in the bathtub with about twenty naked plastic Barbies.  it was surreal.  Just imagine if they were human.  Shudder.
