Miroku , Sango, and InuYasha had long ago seated themselves across the camp around the campfire watching the little spectacle before them. Shippou was seated on InuYasha’s head while Rin was seated in his lap sharing a king size box of chocolate pocky sticks while Miroku and Sango dined on the recently finished stew, with their eyes glued to bickering pair before them. Miroku looked over to find the guards looking lustfully at the stew simmering on the fire. Bowing in a friendly gesture Miroku signaled them over.
Unsure of the monk, the guards slowly made their way around the arguing demon and miko completely oblivious to them, and headed towards the feasting group.
“Does our lord usually let those who argue with him live this long?” asked one of the guards still eying his lord wearily. At least half the things said by the priestess would’ve resulted in decapitation or disembowelment by now.
Miroku only smiled and served the guards healthy servings of the plentiful stew. “No just Lady Kagome. Eat up gentlemen there’s plenty more food and entertainment ahead of us.” the monk said cheerfully while trying to ignore the glare of a certain slayer.
“I feel bad for poor little Rin having such a father figure. You should be ashamed, teaching her such things.” Suddenly fumed Kagome.
Everyone huddling around the fire looked on puzzled. How the hell did this argument end up on Rin? They looked down at the little girl in question attempting to braid InuYasha’s white locks, and getting chocolate in his hair.
“Ewww cut that out ya’ runt, ya’ getting me all sticky.” Rin only giggled while continuing to tangle his hair. InuYasha only huffed and rolled his eyes. Brats…the world’s covered with ‘em. He looked down at the sticky child then up at the kit sitting on his head. And so am I at the moment.
About: OKay so I'm actually kidna in love with this fic! but i read this ^^^ above and just died laughing, i actually STOPPED reading, to draw this, and then when i was finished drawing scanned and started reading again to finish out the chapter. So yeah, LINEART up for coloring, for anyone, please comment below BEFORE taking off with it, and just posting.
