It's a shame that I have nothing to say about this chapter except that I liked it.  I like that we got to see Kaede talking to Kagome after all the time that has passed and her reaction to Sesshomaru and Kouga.  With that being said I still hope we hear from Inuyasha and find out what's going on with Kikyou. Oh and what Kaede said, about the mountain and things coming to an end because no one knows about her group, is that a possible hint to us to let us know that the story will end after the events around the mountain?

Now for my usual guess...I'm going to go with chapter 23 coming around the 27th or 28th.  I was only a day off this time so I have high hopes the next chapter. :)

Squeeeee! Let me tell you...having a four year old makes it really hard to focus on a fanfic for any given time...but I'm so excited to see what comes next even if every other sentence is punctuated with "I'm going to the bathroom" or "I'm hungry" LOL Totally worth it!!

ahhh...I am so happy they are going to get mated. After waiting so long. I also cant wait to see what everyone is going to think about the whole mating and seeing that she has been there all along. :) Great update

I'm so happy that Sesshomaru asked her to mate him and she said yes. I cant't wait for the next one, I really can't! Will something happen to disrupt their lovely moment in the next chapter, or will things run smothly?What will be the reaction of the Inu Taichi to their mating! So many things that i wish to know. Update whenever you can!

Yes!!!!  They're going get mated before they come into contact with Inuyasha.  I was so hoping for that.  I can't wait to see how you do the mating rituals and what her gown will look like.  I'm curious to know if more of the story on the sheath to her sword will be revealed once they are mated.  That would be interesting, especially if it gives a hint of what is to come.  I also wonder what her family will think.  Now on to other things.  I like how Kanna covered their tracks with the hearts and her mirror.  Very smart of her.  I think she'll be a great asset to their group.  I'm wondering what Naraku has planned to do with Kikyou and Inuyasha.  I'm guessing from all that we know so far that this is the Mt. Hakurai(sp?) part, and I'm wondering if it will happen the same way as it does in the anime (not that I can remember every detail) just without Kagome or if it will happen differently.  Will it be the event where Kagome needs to save Inuyasha like his father warned?  I can't wait to find out.  Will we get to see Inuyasha or Kikyou's POV soon?  I hope so.  I'm curious to know what is happening with them so far.  Is Kikyou up to any good or is she just wandering?  Has Inuyasha begun to realize that he made a mistake in choosing Kikyou over Kagome?  Or will that not happen until he sees Kagome again and sees that she is out of his reach forever?  Can't wait.  Please update soon.  This chapter seemed to go by way too fast.

Now, I'm going to guess that chapter 22 will be posted around Nov. 11th or 12th.  Thought I would add a few days on to my usual guesstimate since I've been way off the last few times.  Now watch you'll update days before that just to prove my guess wrong. =P

I can't wait for the next chapter and too see how Sesshomaru will bring up the conversation of mating. I also cant wait to see the interaction between Kagura and Kouga or how they will deal with the band of seven, along with Inuyasha.
