The healing process can be quite lengthy and involved. I do like the steps you are taking and the explanation along the way. But I also do like those that poke at her. There is a lot of emotion goingonto this journey and I can't wait to see what happens next :)
What happened to Kagome was tragic, and I think thte way you are handling her and her healing is perfect in the way that she is withdrawing herself emotionally and from certain situations. An atrocity such as what she went through... there isn't just a quick fix solution for it. I like the way that she is healing and putting herself back together with the help of the pack. It is such a beautifully tragic struggle. And the added conflict of the dream just adds to that, and the coming to terms with Inuyasha's death.
Shinzuru (though always awesome) found a special place in my heart with this chapter. The wisdom of the words he spoke to Kgome were truly touching, and in time i have faith that she will start to see the reasoning in what he said and in what he said about the incident in Sango's village. And the utter ferocity in which he defended/protected her, youcan clearly see that he loves her as his own, not to mention refusing to tell Sesshomaru what had occured bc he of his loyalty to her.
I also found Sesshomaru endearing in this chapter too with all of his rage. Maybe he pushed her too far, but he's Sesshomaru and the fact that in the end he did not rouse her but tucked her in was strangely sweet.
Now...I wonder what madness Yuugao, in all her alpha bitchness, is stirring up.
Beautifully written and well done as always, Hat Love!
Memori (Chapter 28) - Sun 15 Apr 2012
Ah gottal love cliffhangers lol. I'm sorry to hear about you computer but this chapter was great and I can't wait for the next one! I really love the way you have Kagome and Sesshoumaru interacting with each other; kinda like a married couple (at some points) minus being married lol. Great job and keep up the good work!
I love this story so much! Just everything about it. So happy that it was updated and you recovered quickly so that there will be regular updates again!
I love this story so much, and I've read it many times over. I love the realism of the characters, the fluidity of the writing, the complexity of the plot. This is all around a gem of a story and I am thankful to be able to read it.
For a while you were updating every week and you didn't update this week-is everything okay? If not, I hope everything gets resolved soon, not because I want to read the next chapter (because I do) but because everyone deserves to be happy and healthy, and I hope that any of your problems are solved soon.
Kylie (Chapter 27) - Wed 11 Apr 2012

Loveyaa (Chapter 27) - Thu 29 Mar 2012
The heat is being slowly turned up! Sad that Kagome can enjoy her dream but then freaks out about it in the waking world. But things are also heating up for Sesshoumaru. They are both dealing with unfamiliar territories. Wonder how they will find their way out and think of the children (hehehe). I can't wait to see what happens next :)
Have I ever expressed my gratitude to you for rediculously long chapters each and every time? No? Well I'm doing so now. And you have never dissapointed in both the quiantity and the quality in each chapter. I always know I have prime procrastination material when I see that you have updated.
Thanks! ^_^
Kayelyn (Chapter 27) - Wed 28 Mar 2012
I liked Yuugao before, but now I love her. Everything she said in this chapter was so desperately needed...and right. Maybe telling her to go find a man wasn't tactful but everything else is something that Kagome needed to hear. Now that I think about it she really did the guys a favor. Instead of ebin g upset with them, she's upset with Yuugao.
Fantastic update full of WAAAAANGST!
Til next tim, lovely!
P.L.U.R. (Chapter 27) - Wed 28 Mar 2012
My dear beautiful Hatter:
Your stories are so wonderfully crafted that explanations are just like Icing, I am grateful for the generous gift of chapters that you give us, and I enjoy each and every one of them. Wherever they lead, I will follow, and any secrets that you feel need to be revealed, I know eventually they will be, so know that as anxious as we all are to know what happens next, we are not ready to craft a mob to linch you for your secrets.
Sit and enjoy our love, and know that we are here, secrets or not.
Love you much my little peep!

Chelle (Chapter 27) - Wed 28 Mar 2012
This is a good story and can't wait to see what's in store. The only problem that I have is Kagome. This is not a critisism to you as an Author or to your story in general though. I realize that she went through a lot of traumatic things and I know that she needs to heal in her own way however I find that she is often times off putting with her temper tantrums and constant up and down moods. I try to imagine her in certain scenes that have been written where she's yelling and screaming and just find it hard to take sometimes that she's constantly throwing fits. So while I am sympathetic to her situation in regards to the torture and abuse she went through, and I realize that everyone has their own ways to deal with things, I get frustrated with her constant tantrums of yelling and screaming. To me, Kagome is turning out to be unlikeable as Sango was before her change of heart.
